Best Oil & natural gas company in Cleveland for SameDay Service

Enbridge Gas Ohio is the natural gas utility that owns and operates the delivery pipelines serving Cleveland and much of northeast Ohio. It is the distribution company, not a gas retailer: under Ohio's deregulated market, customers can buy gas from an independent supplier while Enbridge handles the infrastructure, metering, billing, and delivery to homes and businesses. The utility took over regional pipeline operations from Dominion Energy and now serves about 1.2 million customers across its Ohio territory. The company's work centers on maintaining the distribution network, reading meters, managing accounts and payment options, and responding to gas emergencies such as leaks and outages, which it advertises around the clock. Its public review record leans critical: customers frequently complain about estimated rather than actual meter readings, long gaps between physical reads, and fixed delivery charges that persist even when gas consumption drops to zero. Some reviewers also report billing disputes that took months to resolve. This listing fits anyone setting up or troubleshooting natural gas service at a Cleveland-area address — new homeowners arranging hookup, renters asking which utility bills their building, or residents reporting a suspected gas odor or meter problem. It is not a plumbing or appliance contractor; for repairs to in-home piping, furnaces, or water heaters, a separate contractor is needed.
