Best Liquidator in Cleveland for SameDay Service

MKH Liquidation and Surplus is a discount warehouse at 11309 Franklin Blvd in Cleveland's Edgewater neighborhood selling name-brand home improvement merchandise below retail. Its shelves carry tools from Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ridgid, Ryobi, and Makita; flooring in vinyl plank, laminate, tile, and carpet; plus cabinets, vanities, lighting fixtures, water heaters, furniture, and small kitchen appliances. The store also deals in TimberTech and Azek composite decking and trim for renovation projects, and runs a closeout section with rotating deals. Shoppers describe the inventory as broad and constantly turning over, with prices that reviewers call hard to beat — flooring advertised from around a dollar a square foot. Staff members are named in reviews as helpful and patient, packaging fragile items like vanities with extra care, and several customers mention same-day delivery and setup. Directory categories include bathroom remodeler and kitchen remodeler, reflecting the bath fixtures and cabinets in stock. This is a fit for Cleveland-area homeowners and DIY renovators furnishing or remodeling on a tight budget — especially those replacing flooring, vanities, or appliances. Delivery availability makes it workable for buyers without a truck. Bargain-hunters should expect a warehouse format where stock changes regularly, so a specific item seen one week may not be there the next.
