Best Carpenter in Chandler for SameDay Service

Experts in Construction & Home Improvements (ECHI, LLC) is a design/build/remodel company based in Chandler, Arizona, serving homeowners across the Valley. As a full-service general contractor it handles projects from drawings, plans, and permits through finished construction — not single repairs but whole projects: room additions, guest houses and casita suites, full kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installation, and outdoor features like patios, pergolas, and hardscapes built for the desert climate. Reviews center on owner Huey and project manager John, with recurring themes of day-to-day communication, crews who show up on time and clean up before leaving, and flexibility when projects hit snags such as street construction delays. Job examples from reviews include a year-long addition adding two bedrooms and a bathroom with a staircase overhaul, tub-to-walk-in-shower conversions, master bathroom remodels, window replacements, and a kitchen rebuild navigated through an insurance claim. The company's listed capabilities also include electrical and plumbing work within projects, accessibility construction, accent lighting, and handyman-scale services — no job too big or small, by its own account. Homeowners planning additions, whole-home renovations, or aging-in-place updates in Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Glendale are the fit; single-fixture repairs are not the business model, and the company is better compared against other design-build remodelers than against trade contractors.
