8 Best Heating contractor in Chandler for SameDay Service

Bleuwave HVAC is a Chandler, Arizona contractor centered on heating and cooling work, with services extending into electrical, plumbing, and handyman tasks through its multi-trade listing. Its core scope covers central air-conditioning repair, routine maintenance, and installation or replacement of new and existing AC units in split and packaged configurations. On the heating side it services furnaces and heat pumps, addressing problems such as no heat, strange noises, short cycling, and leaking equipment. The company lists 24-hour availability across the week. Reviewers mention technicians by name — Dwayne, Tae, Mikie, and Gabriel P. — and describe fast responses to after-hours air-conditioning failures, including same-visit repairs that restored cooling the same night. Other review themes include thorough inspections where technicians take time to diagnose before replacing parts, and a no-pressure approach when customers ask about full system replacement. Maintenance visits are described as detailed, with techs explaining what they found and what each component needs next. Bleuwave HVAC fits Valley homeowners who need a single company for both cooling and heating work, especially in a climate where a failed AC unit in summer is an emergency. Its 24-hour hours make it an option for after-hours breakdowns that weekday-only shops cannot cover. Customers can also use it for smaller electrical and plumbing tasks under its handyman offering, though dedicated specialists may suit larger projects in those trades better.

Ground Zero Plumbing, AC and Electrical - Chandler is a multi-trade contractor in Chandler handling plumbing, air conditioning and heating, and electrical work with 24/7 emergency availability. Its services cover pipe repairs and repiping, toilet, faucet, and fixture work, water heaters, pipe camera inspection, and air duct cleaning alongside the HVAC and electrical trades. The company operates at a large fleet scale with very high review volume. Technicians Jose A., Shane Sanders, Joshua, Ky, and Kyle are named in customer accounts for fast holiday availability — including emergency Sunday and Memorial Day calls — professional and courteous conduct, and thorough work, with Destiny credited as dispatcher. One notable review alleges reckless driving by a company box truck, which stands apart from the service praise. The company also appears under a Gilbert branch name. This is a fit for Chandler homeowners who want plumbing, HVAC, and electrical from one large contractor with holiday availability. Pipe camera inspection and repiping cover the bigger-ticket plumbing jobs. Customers should confirm which branch serves their address given the dual Chandler-Gilbert listing.

Emergency Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is a large multi-trade home services company based at 4330 W Chandler Blvd in Chandler, serving Chandler and the greater Phoenix metro around the clock. It covers three trades in one operation: heating and cooling — including AC repair and installation, heating repair, heat pumps, furnaces, maintenance programs, duct cleaning, indoor air quality work, and thermostats — plus plumbing repairs, drain systems, leaking gas line repair, and electrical work. Its business profile identifies it as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer for HVAC equipment. The company operates at high volume with a very large base of published customer reviews. Technicians such as Gerald Largo, Nathan C., and Scott are repeatedly credited with thorough inspections, clear photo-based explanations of problems, and clean work. Customers also value the one-visit bundling — getting heating, plumbing, and electrical needs handled in a single call. Balanced against that, third-party roundups note that sentiment on some review platforms is more mixed than the headline numbers suggest, with complaints about installation quality and pricing recurring, and that a fleet-scale operation can feel less personal than a small shop. Emergency Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing suits homeowners who want one contractor for whole-home comfort work — AC replacements, furnace repairs, drain and plumbing issues — and who value fast scheduling backed by a large crew.

Mason Pro Services is a Chandler-based contractor covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work for homes and businesses across the East Valley, with additional offices in Scottsdale and Tucson. The plumbing side handles repairs, installations, water heaters, water softeners, and inspections; HVAC covers AC installation and repair plus heat pumps; and electrical work includes panel upgrades and EV-charger circuits. Mason Pro Services holds Arizona ROC license 331897 (CR-37 Plumbing). Customer accounts describe same-day service on urgent calls: a fan-motor replaced the same day before a 100-degree stretch, a weekend AC failure fixed by an on-call technician, and a late-night water-heater and water-softener installation. Named technicians — Gabriel Romero, Ayden, Diontae, Alberto, Steve, and Jim Emmons — draw praise for thorough inspections that uncover hidden problems like a loose furnace flue, plus clear explanations and careful cleanup. Upfront pricing is confirmed before work begins. The company suits homeowners who want one contractor for all three trades — useful during remodels or when aging systems need attention across the board. A twice-yearly maintenance plan with priority scheduling fits families who prefer preventive care, and financing options help with larger installations. EV owners needing a dedicated charger circuit can have the electrical work done alongside plumbing or HVAC projects in a single call.

Precision Air & Plumbing is a full-service HVAC and plumbing contractor in Chandler, Arizona, at 3045 N Colorado St, operating 24 hours a day. Plumbing work includes leak and drain repairs, fixture and faucet repairs, water heater service, garbage disposal and RO system work, plus strategic diagnosis of plumbing challenges day and night. The HVAC side covers AC repair, maintenance and new unit installation, heating service, duct cleaning, attic insulation and ventilation, and Pure Home, a total-home disinfection service. The company advertises the Valley's only 10-year parts and workmanship warranty. Review themes highlight same-day and weekend appointments, with customers describing technicians such as Chris, Jaime, Mark, Kory and Mick who explain problems and options clearly and arrive promptly. The business is listed as women-owned and veteran-owned with a military discount offered, and it provides online estimates and on-site service. Plumbers are described as going beyond the job at hand, including handling warranty exchanges and parts sourcing directly with manufacturers and retailers. Precision Air & Plumbing fits Chandler homeowners who want one contractor for both HVAC and plumbing, including AC installation, repairs, duct cleaning and insulation upgrades for energy efficiency. The 10-year warranty positioning and detailed-explanation review themes suit customers who want long-term coverage and transparency on equipment options. Ball Brothers Plumbing & AC is a combined plumbing and air conditioning contractor based at 145 E Comstock Dr in Chandler, Arizona, covering the East Valley with claimed 24/7 emergency availability. The company handles both trades in full: plumbing and drain repairs, leak diagnostics, water heater work, water treatment and filtration, alongside AC installation, repair, and maintenance, heat pump and furnace repair, and smart thermostat installs. Review feedback highlights responsive dispatch and clear explanations. Technicians named in reviews include Noah, who repaired corroded hose bibs, and Andrew Montez, praised for taking time to track down a leak. Customers describe same-day emergency response even on holidays — one restaurant owner reports AC units repaired on a holiday — and commercial clients mention quick turnarounds for businesses that cannot afford downtime. The company describes itself as veteran-owned, and reviews repeatedly note fair pricing discussions and work areas left clean. For households dealing with both a plumbing leak and cooling trouble, the draw of a dual-trade shop is a single company that can handle either. Customers looking at Ball Brothers may want to confirm emergency-response details and warranty terms in writing before the first visit.

1-800-Plumber +Air of the East Valley is a franchise plumbing and HVAC operation based at 284 E Chilton Dr in Chandler, Arizona, serving the East Valley with weekday hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on weekends. The shop covers residential and commercial plumbing repair — drain cleaning, sewer and septic service, water heater repair and installation, gas line installation, pipe repair, toilets, sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, and shower and bathtub work — plus heating and cooling service under the brand's +Air arm. The franchise model promises a standardized experience: an expected arrival window, diagnostic expertise on the first visit, upfront pricing, and same-day completion of most jobs. Customer feedback names a technician called Charlie, describing a heating-system conversion from oil to gas that was salvaged despite wrong manufacturer parts, and a repair that turned out smaller than feared. The company presents itself as standing behind its work for the long term. Feedback is mixed, however: several reviewers describe slow completion of standard repairs and poor communication from technicians, so service quality may depend on the crew assigned. Because this is a locally operated franchise rather than a national call center, Chandler and East Valley homeowners should confirm scope, pricing, and warranty in writing before authorizing work.

Rainwater Plumbing and HVAC is a full-service plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contractor in Chandler, Arizona, based on North Hamilton Street. Its stated offerings include backflow evaluation and repair, toilet installation and servicing, clogged toilet clearance, apartment complex plumbing, and mobile home park plumbing. The company works with commercial accounts as well as homes; client notes mention work with large retailers such as Walmart and Safeway. A contractor profile for the firm describes it as veteran-owned and operated, and it is staffed around the clock. Customer notes highlight pricing discipline: a gas-line job was quoted at roughly half of a home warranty company's proposal after Rainwater's own testing found leaks the warranty assessor had missed, and a pool-heater gas line assessment came back as a detailed written report. Reviewers describe prompt installers, on-time arrivals, and straightforward estimates, with the company offering on-site service for residential and commercial projects across the Phoenix area. This fits property managers of apartment complexes and mobile home parks who need a single vendor for recurring plumbing issues and toilet servicing across multiple units. Homeowners with gas-line questions benefit from the assessment-heavy approach, since the record shows thorough testing rather than blanket replacement quotes. The commercial client history makes it relevant for businesses needing dependable plumbing infrastructure support.
