Best Appliance repair service in Chandler for SameDay Service

Thomas Home Services is a Chandler-based home services company handling plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair across Arizona. Its plumbing work covers sewer and drain service, sewer main clearing, water heater installation and repair, and faucet, fixture, and pipe repair or replacement. On the HVAC side it handles central air conditioning service and repair, heat pump repair, thermostat installation and replacement, and new AC unit installation, plus appliance repairs such as dishwashers and dryers. The company also offers a home warranty plan with extended coverage for members and lists emergency service. Reviews name technicians Casey and Thomas for HVAC and appliance visits, with customers describing friendly, knowledgeable service without upsell pressure — one describes Casey explaining options for improving an aging HVAC unit in plain detail. Appliance reviews mention dryer repairs done professionally and communicatively. On the other side, some reviewers describe poor communication, including missed appointments or cancellations they were not told about, and one dishwasher repair where the receipt lacked model and serial detail. The review mix suggests scheduling reliability varies by visit. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company for plumbing, AC, and appliance issues rather than three separate vendors — especially relevant in the East Valley, where AC failures are time-critical. It suits customers who value explanation-heavy visits and the option of warranty-backed coverage. Those booking time-sensitive service may want to confirm appointment details in advance, given the scattered complaints about communication.
