T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling- Buffalo is a full-service home services company in Buffalo's Belmont neighborhood covering plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical work. Its plumbing and sewer services include drain cleaning, trenchless sewer repair, underground line repairs, sump pump installation, water heater installation, garbage disposal repair, backflow prevention, and video pipe inspections. Heating and cooling work covers boiler and furnace replacement, tune-ups, and air conditioning installation and repair, while electrical services include wiring repairs and cable reattachment. Reviews center on quick, clearly explained estimates and same-week scheduling. One reviewer got next-day AC installation with the crew cleaning up all debris; another had a sewer line replacement and backup sump pump handled while managing the property from out of state. Named technicians include Ben for main sewer line snaking, Jason for thermostat work, Mike M for fast emergency repairs, and Logan for furnace tune-ups. Customers describe texted arrival updates with technician photos and work priced below competing quotes. This is a fit for Buffalo homeowners wanting one company for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical jobs instead of coordinating multiple contractors. Round-the-clock availability suits emergencies like burst pipes, failed furnaces, or backed-up sewers. The Western New York footprint also makes it practical for investment property owners who need a sewer or water heater job diagnosed and completed without being on site.

Patton Plumbing is a plumbing contractor at 648 McKinley Pkwy in Buffalo's Abbott McKinley neighborhood, listed with a focus on sewer and drain work. Its listed services cover sewer cleaning and repair, drain cleaning, pipe repair and installation, emergency plumbing, water heater services, water line installation, backflow prevention, sump pumps, and excavating. Directory listings show the company as open 24 hours and serving the Abbott McKinley and South Buffalo areas. The review record is mixed. One customer praises quick response, clear explanations of options, fair cost, and polite, friendly conduct. Another account describes a poor interaction in which a worker refused to assess water heaters on a foreclosure property and used offensive language toward the homeowner, prompting a complaint about unprofessional behavior. The remaining public record is thin beyond these accounts. Patton is a candidate for Buffalo homeowners and landlords dealing with sewer or drain problems — clogged mains, failing water lines, sump pump issues — who want a contractor that lists 24-hour availability. Its sewer-and-excavation focus distinguishes it from general repair plumbers. Given the mixed review record, prospective customers may want to clarify scope, pricing, and professionalism expectations up front before scheduling.

D & S Plumbing Inc. is a plumbing contractor based at 91 S Century Rd in Buffalo, NY 14215. Its published business material frames the company around standing behind its work, devotion to customer satisfaction, and aiming to meet or exceed expectations on every job. The company describes its services as reasonably priced with quality workmanship delivered in a timely manner. The public record beyond this is limited: directory listings confirm the business name, address, and plumbing category. No independent customer reviews with service detail were found for D & S Plumbing Inc. of Buffalo; the reviews that exist under similar names belong to businesses in other states and are not used here. The verifiable offering is general plumbing service from a small local outfit, with a stated emphasis on reasonable pricing, workmanship quality, and timeliness. No specialties, technician names, or service-area claims can be confirmed from public sources. D & S Plumbing Inc. is a candidate for Buffalo homeowners looking for a small local plumbing shop positioned around customer satisfaction, reasonable pricing, and timely work. It suits general repair jobs where the customer wants to deal directly with a neighborhood-scale contractor. Because published detail is sparse, prospective customers may want to ask about the company's specialties, availability, and current service area before scheduling.

Burks basement waterproofing LLC is a basement waterproofing contractor at 79 Blake St in Buffalo's Schiller Park neighborhood, categorized as a general contractor with concrete and kitchen-and-bath trade listings. Its trade centers on water intrusion problems: diagnosing how water enters basements, addressing foundation wall cracks, and providing waterproofing estimates. The company lists round-the-clock availability. The review record describes an estimate-driven process. One customer reports calling Burks for an estimate on basement water entry and wall cracks; the company arrived on time, provided what the customer called a more-than-fair quote, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the issue. The same customer says they would recommend Burks to family and friends and hire them for future water-related problems. The profile is unclaimed, and published detail about specific waterproofing methods is limited. Burks is a fit for Buffalo homeowners dealing with wet basements, foundation cracks, or recurring water entry — common problems in a city where freeze-thaw cycles and lake-effect snowmelt drive groundwater pressure against foundations. It suits owners who want an on-site assessment and a written quote before committing to waterproofing work. Its round-the-clock availability may also matter for customers who discover active water intrusion outside normal business hours.

Kevin's Plumbing is a Western New York plumbing business handling sewer services and general plumbing across the Buffalo area. The operation describes itself as locally and veteran operated, specializing in sewer work alongside full plumbing services, with same-day and emergency service advertised. Records for the brand appear at both Sloan and Amherst addresses, consistent with one local operation serving the greater Buffalo area. Customer accounts are strongly positive on punctuality and pricing: one reviewer reports exact appointment times kept to the minute, upfront costs disclosed before work, and reasonable pricing confirmed against neighbors' experiences. Sewer replacements and pipe replacements get specific praise, with Kevin described as personally responsive — messaging back the same night via social media — and technician Ben noted for professional work. This is a fit for Buffalo-area homeowners needing sewer work — replacements, repairs, and pipe jobs are the specialty. Evening and weekend availability suits buyers who cannot take weekdays off. Upfront pricing and same-day service are advertised; those needing scheduled non-emergency work should book ahead since the small-shop model means dispatch depends on current workload.

A Gareleck & Sons Inc is a Buffalo plumbing contractor on Arthur Street offering a full spread of residential and commercial plumbing. Its published service list includes plumbing installation, repair, and replacement; sewer and storm drain lines; gas lines; garbage disposals; standard and tankless water heaters; bathtubs, showers, sinks, faucets, and toilets; copper and galvanized piping; and emergency plumbing services. Customer accounts describe skilled employees who give good advice and answer questions, with fair billing on repairs and installs. One long-standing account recounts a plumber arriving within an hour on a Sunday for a clogged toilet, working efficiently and courteously. A dissenting verified review simply calls the experience horrible — an outlier against otherwise positive themes of promptness, honesty, and thoroughness. Staff names Dan and Tom appear in review feedback. This is a fit for Buffalo homeowners and commercial clients wanting one shop for everything from faucet installs to sewer lines and gas work. Emergency response and advice-giving are the differentiators for this shop. Buyers needing tankless water heaters, sump pumps, or full repipes get a contractor-shaped offering rather than a repair-only one. Scheduling ahead is wise since the shop's hours run weekdays only.

Jones Plumbing Co. is a Buffalo plumbing and gas contractor on Schoelles Road handling residential and commercial work. Its offerings cover drain and plumbing repair, toilet and faucet repair, bathroom remodels, sewer and drain cleaning, and gas services. The shop advertises free project estimates and emergency services, with listed hours running Monday through Friday around the clock and closed weekends. Customer accounts describe a skilled, hands-on operation: one reviewer reports a pressure sump pump and water heater installed, plus a gas leak repaired with the technician waiting for the utility company to arrive to confirm everything was fine. Another mentions the owner and his son wearing booties inside the home. A contrasting detail: one account says a competing plumber pushed a full replacement costing thousands, while Jones fixed only what was needed. This is a fit for Buffalo homeowners and businesses wanting straightforward repair-focused plumbing with gas work capability. Sewer and drain cleaning, fixture repairs, and gas leak issues are the natural use cases. Buyers should confirm weekend availability before booking since published hours show Saturday and Sunday closed.

Larry & Janine's Plumbing & Repairs, Inc. is a Buffalo plumbing company on Mineral Springs Road led by Larry Filippone, a master plumber. Its services cover residential and commercial plumbing, sewer and drain cleaning, gas piping, backflow testing and repair, emergency plumbing, and miscellaneous repairs. The shop runs appointment-only by call or text, with weekday 8-to-5 hours. Review accounts describe Larry as honest, professional, and friendly, with a strong no-upsell theme — customers say he does what it takes without pushing extra services. Examples include a complex problem diagnosed within minutes before a wedding, a sump pump replaced within an hour, and a hot water tank installed on Christmas Eve. One dissenting review reports four unreturned calls for a basement leak, a service-consistency complaint worth noting. This is a fit for Buffalo homeowners who want an owner-led plumber with a straightforward, no-pressure style. Sump pump emergencies, quick diagnoses, and jobs where the buyer wants plain explanations rather than a sales pitch are the natural use cases. The appointment-only model means calling ahead; those needing instant dispatch may prefer shops with larger crews.

Radiant Mechanical Inc is a full-service mechanical contractor on Clinton Street in Buffalo covering plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical work. Its signature specialty is service and installation of radiant floor heating systems, alongside all types of heating and air-conditioning service. Separate plumbing and electrical departments handle both small and large jobs, including HVAC upgrades, energy-efficient water heaters, kitchen remodel work, backflow preventer installation, and attic ventilation. Customer accounts describe technicians as professional and flexible — one reviewer credits Matt and his crew for electrical and repair work completed within budget with steady updates. Another reports a problem found and corrected quickly. The tone of the record is budget-conscious and communicative rather than premium. This is a fit for Buffalo homeowners wanting one contractor for interconnected home systems — a radiant floor project that also touches plumbing and electrical, or a heating upgrade paired with water heater replacement. Small jobs are accepted alongside larger installs. Buyers can request a free estimate; the shop suits those who value a single point of accountability across trades rather than coordinating separate plumbers and electricians.

Shop hours run Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4, with emergency service advertised. Customer accounts describe a versatile do-it-all operation: one reviewer reports a 70-year-old bathroom remodeled alongside furnace work, drain snake-outs, and faucet jobs — "he does it all" — with fast, professional service. Others praise toilet repairs at fair prices and excellent team service. The shop offers to beat most written estimates, a competitive-pricing signal. Full bathroom remodels and older-home plumbing are natural use cases. Buyers needing after-hours emergency work should confirm availability, since regular shop hours are weekdays only and one aggregator notes no advertised emergency service.
