Best Building restoration service in Boise for SameDay Service

Red Truck Disaster Response is a disaster-restoration contractor based in Boise, Idaho, at 4580 W State St, handling water damage restoration, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and building restoration for homes and businesses. Its crews perform emergency water extraction, structural drying, crawlspace repair, and biohazard remediation, then manage the rebuild side as a general contractor so the property is restored to its pre-damage condition. The company operates around the clock, seven days a week, answering overnight calls for immediate dispatch. Reviews emphasize speed and communication during stressful events: customers report technicians arriving within an hour of the first call, including weekends and Sunday mornings. Named staff include Colt, Sam, Pat, and finance manager Rachel, praised for keeping homeowners updated, coordinating subcontractors, and protecting floors and belongings during drying work. Many reviewers describe same-day or next-day service that turned a potential nightmare into a smooth process. A small number of reviews raise billing and collections disputes, so the record shows fast, communicative field work with occasional friction at the invoice stage. This is a fit for Boise-area homeowners and businesses facing an active water intrusion — burst pipes, basement flooding, roof leaks, or sewage backups — where hours matter. It also suits property managers and buyers who discover mold or crawlspace moisture and need remediation plus repair from one company. The service footprint covers Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Emmett, Garden City, and Middleton, making it relevant across Ada and Canyon counties.
