Best Plumber in Worthington for SameDay Service

Water Heaters Plus is a Worthington-based full-service plumbing company with a specialization in water heaters, from standard gas and electric tanks to tankless units and hybrid systems. Its service range covers replacement and repair of every major water heater type, plus general plumbing work: faucets, sump pumps, sewer and storm drain service, and garbage disposals. The company runs a commercial arm as well, with one documented job replacing six tankless units and a large storage tank for a hotel, so its crews handle both single-family installs and higher-capacity commercial setups. The listing shows around-the-clock availability for urgent calls. Reviewers name technicians like Jason, Dillon, Skylar, Jeff, Jaelon, Dylan and Jay, and the standout theme is speed: next-day replacements are a recurring story, with one customer describing a tight-space installation of a short-tank unit completed on short notice. Phone staff are described as informed rather than scripted, and multiple reviews say pricing came in below competing quotes. GPS-tracked trucks, a stocked warehouse and financing options round out the operation. For homeowners facing a dead water heater, the promise is a fast swap with a tech who has seen the unit before. For property managers and commercial clients, the hotel-scale job demonstrates capacity beyond residential calls. The pricing is positioned as competitive rather than premium, and the next-day turnaround is the detail that shows up most often in customer accounts.

Buckeye Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is a Worthington-based contractor on Proprietors Road combining HVAC service with plumbing and electrical work. On the heating and cooling side it covers furnace and air conditioning repair, replacement and seasonal maintenance, while the plumbing side handles drain cleaning, water heaters, leak repair and general plumbing calls, with advertised drain specials. The company lists 24/7 availability, positioning itself for furnace failures in January and burst pipes alike, and its Worthington shop serves Columbus and the surrounding suburbs. Customers name technicians like Mike Mahaffey, Brian Pentz, David and Max in their reviews, and many accounts describe professional, on-time visits with clear explanations of the work. The dual-trade model is the company's central pitch: a homeowner with a furnace problem and a drain problem can coordinate one company instead of two, and maintenance plans can span both systems. The record is mixed enough to deserve balance. One customer lodged a pricing complaint, and another took an after-sales dispute to the BBB, suggesting that quotes should be confirmed in writing and the final invoice compared against the estimate. Those accounts sit alongside reviewers who report straightforward, well-executed work, so the practical advice is to use the free estimate, pin down the scope and price before authorizing, and hold the paperwork.
