Best HVAC contractor in Warrensville Heights for SameDay Service

J&J Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric is a multi-trade home services contractor in Warrensville Heights covering plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical work. Its plumbing side includes fixture installation, drain cleaning, leak repair, water heaters, sewer inspection and trenchless repair, backflow testing, sump pumps, and hydro jetting. The HVAC side covers furnace and boiler service and installation, air conditioning service and replacement, humidifiers, and duct work, while the electrical side covers panel upgrades, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and inspections. Commercial work includes build-outs and remodeling. Review accounts describe fast scheduling for urgent calls: a damaged gas line was tested the same day, a tub drain was cleared within hours, and a failed water heater was replaced the next day. Named technicians include David and Scott for electrical jobs, Justin V. for gas and plumbing calls, and Vinnie, Chase, Dave, and Cooper for plumbing jobs. A June 2026 complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau describes a drain-snaking visit where the customer felt upsold and only learned of the warranty terms afterward; the company disputed the characterization and said the price had been agreed to upfront. This is a fit for homeowners who prefer one contractor for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs rather than three separate companies. A maintenance membership and 24-hour service line make it relevant for recurring tune-ups and after-hours failures. For shoppers comparing quotes, the pattern of explaining work before it starts is useful — though the complaint record suggests confirming warranty terms in writing before approving drain work.
