Best Air conditioning contractor in Wakefield for SameDay Service

128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is a four-trade contractor at 78 Foundry St in Wakefield, Massachusetts, operating 24 hours every day. Its service scope covers plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical: water heaters including tankless units, boilers, piping, faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, garbage disposals, sump pumps, pipe lining, drain camera inspections, drain cleaning, sewer repair, oil-to-gas conversions, and water filtration and testing. The electrical side adds EV chargers, panels, heat pumps, and smoke and CO detectors, with service plans and financing options available. Reviewers name technicians across trades: Ryan is cited for diagnosing a sagging sewer line and proposing pipe lining with a plan to reassess rather than pushing immediate excavation, while Jeff F and Charlie are praised for the drain team's thorough work. Conor is noted for fixing an AC during a heatwave by the next morning, and Emily for a meticulous maintenance visit. Customers describe shoe coverings, protective gear, and detailed explanations without being asked. The service area spans the North Shore and greater Boston, from Acton to Winthrop. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical rather than coordinating multiple contractors. The pipe-lining and camera-inspection capability suits sewer problems where excavation is a last resort. The 24/7 emergency positioning covers failures across all four trades, from burst pipes to electrical issues.
