Best Asbestos testing service in Virginia Beach for SameDay Service

Emergency Restoration Services LLC is a Virginia Beach restoration contractor specializing in mold inspection and remediation, water damage cleanup and drying, and fire and smoke damage restoration for residential and commercial properties. Its crews perform mold testing with laboratory air-quality reports, use fiber-optic scopes to look inside walls without opening them, and contain affected areas during removal. Reconstruction work follows remediation, including drywall plastering, painting, vent and trim replacement, and kitchen cabinet rebuilds with color matching. Reviews describe a thorough, detail-oriented process: inspector Aaron examined a home and crawlspace, ran tests, and delivered clear results, while crews led by Paul, Braxton, and Josh removed wet crawlspace insulation, worked quickly, and left outdoor areas clean. One customer describes a three-day sequence — moldy wall removal and drying, then plastering, then painting and trim — with estimators praised for explaining scopes of work plainly. Emergency crews reached one customer the same day for water cleanup. On the critical side, one reviewer noted items unrelated to the damage were destroyed during work and had to be compensated, and another said air-sample results were never called back. This is a fit for homeowners dealing with suspected mold, hidden water intrusion, or fire and smoke damage who want inspection, remediation, and reconstruction handled by one contractor across Hampton Roads. The detailed scopes of work and lab reports suit customers who want documentation before committing to repairs. Confirming turnaround times for test results in advance can prevent the communication gaps a few reviewers describe.
