Best Air conditioning contractor in Vancouver for SameDay Service

D&F Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is a Portland plumbing and HVAC contractor, listed at NE Holladay Street and serving Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. On the plumbing side it covers repairs, clogged drains, water heater service and replacement, repipes, and emergency work. On the HVAC side it services all heating system types: gas furnaces, boilers, ductless heat pumps, and mini splits, with repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance, plus air conditioning service. The company advertises same-day and next-day availability, with live phone pickup on weekdays and weekends and financing options for larger upgrades. Reviews name staff like Teena in the office and technicians Tyler, Jesse, Nathan, Robert, and Matt. One reviewer describes a kitchen faucet replacement at a SE Portland rental scheduled quickly by Teena and done on time by Tyler, with excellent communication throughout. Another describes calling for help turning a water supply back on, only to have the crew show up within minutes and fix it free of charge. Other reviewers describe thorough walkthroughs of each step taken, quick responses, and a shower leak fixed in a couple of hours. This is a fit for Portland-area homeowners who want plumbing and HVAC under one roof, especially before winter heating season. The multi-trade coverage suits customers bundling a water heater replacement with a furnace check. For landlords, the fast scheduling and clear communication show in the rental-property reviews, and the financing option covers the bigger installs like full repipes and system replacements.

Apollo Plumbing, Heating, AC & Electric is the Vancouver, Washington branch of the Apollo multi-trade company, with sister shops in Troutdale and Beaverton. Its listed services span plumbing, drainage, air conditioning contracting and repair, air duct cleaning, furnace repair, heating contracting, and HVAC contracting, so one dispatch can cover a failed furnace, a clogged drain, and a duct cleaning in a single relationship. The company runs 24/7 emergency service with flexible financing plans for larger jobs. Reviews name technicians across both trades. Eric Buckner is described as courteous and efficient, explaining the work clearly and cleaning up after a bathtub unclogging while wearing booties to protect new flooring. Kevin and Steve handled a detailed sewer repair, with Kevin presenting three estimate options that the homeowner used to negotiate with a seller, and Steve adjusting a CIP liner installation to avoid a pressure blowout. Ryan, Sean, Nate, and Mike appear across AC and plumbing jobs for same-day response, clear options without pressure, and tidy work areas. Reviews note quote-honoring and truck software showing the technician en route. One balanced note: a review disputes a sink disposal charge, showing pricing can be contested. This is a fit for Vancouver homeowners who want plumbing, heating, and cooling under one roof, particularly for sewer repairs where the detailed-options approach and video documentation help with city coordination. The financing plans suit big-ticket replacements like furnaces and heat pumps. For rental owners, the multi-trade coverage means one vendor across plumbing and HVAC issues.
