3 Best Air conditioning system supplier in Tulsa for SameDay Service

Torch Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is a locally owned plumbing and HVAC contractor serving Owasso and the greater Tulsa metro including Broken Arrow and surrounding areas. Its services span plumbing repair, drain cleaning, sewer repair, leak detection, water heater installation (tank and tankless), gas line repair and installation, plus full heating and cooling: furnace, heat pump, boiler, AC repair, installation and maintenance, gas fireplaces, zoned heating, and whole-home generator installation. The company offers 24/7 emergency service, whole-home repipes, duct cleaning, and free camera inspection with drain cleaning. Reviews name technicians Owen, Dustin, Preston, David, Daniel, Bryan, JD, Seth, Cougar, Dillon, and Connor. Reported jobs include a compressor replacement quoted at nearly half the price of a competing company, a tankless water heater installed in under six hours on a 100-degree day, a full-home repipe with no callbacks needed, and AC and plumbing work handled by the same company. Customers repeatedly cite honesty, exact-as-quoted pricing, and technicians who explain the problem before fixing it. This is a fit for Tulsa-metro homeowners who want a single contractor for both plumbing and HVAC, such as a water heater replacement combined with furnace maintenance. It suits buyers comparing quotes on compressor or full-system replacements, where the review pattern of lower quotes and upfront pricing addresses the biggest concern, and customers planning whole-home repipes or generator installations.

Airco Service is a Tulsa contractor that handles heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work. Its core trade is HVAC repair, replacement, and maintenance: air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork, including full system changeouts. The plumbing side covers water heater installation and repair, drain corrections, and fixture work, while the electrical side handles panels, circuit boards, and wiring tied to equipment installs. Add-on offerings include air duct cleaning, generator prep, appliance repair, and maintenance plans that keep systems serviced on schedule. The company operates around the clock and dispatches across the Tulsa metro. Review themes center on response speed and field preparation. Customers describe same-day dispatch during extreme heat, technicians arriving with common parts on the truck, and jobs finished ahead of schedule. Named technicians include Johnathon, Gage, Justin, Jeff, and Troy, cited for explaining problems plainly and keeping work areas clean. A minority of reviews criticize parts markups on small parts, so price-sensitive customers may want to confirm parts charges up front before authorizing repair. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical instead of coordinating three contractors. The around-the-clock operation suits urgent failures like a dead furnace on a winter night or an AC failure in a heat wave. Buyers comparing replacement bids get free estimates on equipment changeouts, and households with aging systems across all three trades get a single point of accountability.

Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is a full-service home systems company in the Tulsa area, with a listed Tulsa address on South Memorial Drive, handling heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical work under one roof. Its plumbing offerings include drain cleaning, water heater installation including tankless systems, routine maintenance, and plumbing for renovations. On the HVAC side it covers air conditioning repair and installation, heating system work, and tune-ups, with technicians presenting good-better-best options with on-site estimates. The company serves homes and businesses across the Tulsa and Bartlesville areas. Technicians are named consistently in reviews: Derek, Tanner, Ty, and Alex installed a tankless water system with a new furnace and air conditioner for one customer, who noted professional conduct and a full cleanup, while Tim helped with financing on the same project. Jason is credited with fixing a furnace leak and checking the rest of the system, and Joshua G. walked a customer through filter changes and thermostat programming during a heating check. Reviewers describe same-day response, next-day full unit installs, and explanations that leave them understanding their options. This is a fit for homeowners who prefer one point of contact for every home system rather than coordinating separate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. The financing assistance noted in reviews makes it relevant for buyers facing a large-ticket replacement like a full system or tankless unit. For people comparing bids on water heater or HVAC work, the documented pattern of itemized, good-better-best quotes gives clear material to compare.
