Best Mechanical contractor in Troy for SameDay Service

Emergency Drain and Plumbing, LLC is a Troy plumbing company at 1729 East 14 Mile Road, Suite 200, owned and operated by licensed Master Plumber Brent Johnson. Its services include drain cleaning, hydro jetting, pipe lining and re-pipes, water and gas lines, new construction plumbing, sump pumps, backflow and cross-connection repair with certification — a stated specialty — toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, water heaters, sewer line replacement, and interior basement waterproofing. Hours run 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, for residential and commercial clients. Technicians named in reviews include Andrew, Guy, Chris, Max, Fry, Nico, Joel, Raine, and Jeremy. Review themes emphasize response time and transparency: a Saturday-night call answered with a technician arriving within 45 minutes, a backed-up sewer cleared with hydro jetting after the camera revealed a cracked clay pipe, and a sewer line replacement explained step by step with detailed quotes. Reviewers routinely praise clean, protected work areas and fair pricing. This is a fit for Troy and metro Detroit customers with urgent drain failures who need evening or weekend service. The backflow certification specialty also suits businesses and homeowners needing cross-connection testing and certification alongside ordinary plumbing repair.
