Best Solar hot water system supplier in Tampa for SameDay Service

And Services is a Tampa home-services company at 5010 N Cortez Ave whose lead trade is air conditioning — AC installation, maintenance, and repair — with plumbing, electrical work, remodeling, and solar hot water systems also listed. Its service area spans Tampa, Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, and Pasco, and it operates around the clock. Its listings describe certified technicians with background checks and daily training, plus a licensed AC service operation. The review record is split. On the positive side, one customer credits the company with doing remodeling, electrical, and plumbing work across their house well, and another describes the technicians' conduct favorably. On the critical side, several reviewers describe a pattern of being sent a salesperson rather than a repair technician when they called for AC service, pressure to buy a new unit, and prices they considered excessive — one reports paying far more than expected for a new system after an initially poor repair outcome. Others cite slow or unsatisfactory follow-up when installed equipment failed. This is a fit for homeowners who want one vendor spanning AC, plumbing, and electrical and are willing to push back on upsells. The split record suggests getting any quote in writing, comparing the AC replacement bid against at least one competitor, and confirming who will actually perform the repair before authorizing work.
