Best Construction company in Stockton for SameDay Service

ALS Builders Inc is a Stockton-based general contractor and damage restoration company specializing in water damage cleanup, fire damage restoration, smoke odor removal, and full reconstruction. Its construction work spans high-end remodeling, kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installation covering luxury vinyl plank, tile, laminate, hardwood, and carpet, plus tenant improvements, custom buildouts, and ADU construction. The company works directly with insurance companies to simplify claims for water, fire, mold, or storm damage, and emergency services are available around the clock. Review themes center on reliability and on-time delivery. Customers describe owner Roger (Luis) and office staff such as Grisel as responsive and clear, explaining each step of remodels and buildouts, with crews showing up when promised and sometimes finishing ahead of schedule. Reviews cite quality workmanship on full bathroom remodels, an insurance-office buildout, and a tattoo shop built from the ground up. Work proceeds with the company's own employees start to finish, a one-stop-shop arrangement that customers say keeps communication clean. This is a fit for homeowners and property owners in Stockton and surrounding areas dealing with damage that requires both mitigation and rebuild, where one contractor handling both phases avoids handoff gaps. It also suits insurance restoration claims where direct carrier coordination simplifies the process, and planned remodels — kitchens, baths, flooring, ADUs — where design, permitting, and construction come under one roof. For commercial tenants, the buildout and tenant-improvement work makes it a candidate for office and retail projects.

Parrish & Sons Inc is a septic system specialist based in Stockton, serving San Joaquin and Sacramento counties. Its listed services include septic tank pumping and cleaning, septic system inspections, tank locating and digging, plugged and broken line repair, engineered system servicing, leach line work, grease trap installation, hydro-jetting, video pipe inspection, and sewer line clearing. The company keeps 24-hour hours every day. Review themes center on deep septic knowledge and prompt service: customers describe technicians answering the phone directly, explaining systems patiently, and completing pump-outs on time. Technicians Chris and Aaron are named — Aaron for guiding a customer through county permit records to locate a long-lost septic tank, and Chris for patient, knowledgeable clean-outs. One reviewer notes a system installed decades ago still serviced by the same company. Same-day service comes up in reviews for urgent needs. This is a fit for rural and suburban homeowners in San Joaquin and Sacramento counties on septic systems who need pumping, inspections before a property sale, or help locating an undocumented tank. The permit-record guidance theme makes it especially useful for buyers of older farm properties with unknown system layouts. For grease trap needs at food businesses, the commercial side of the service list applies.
