Best Air conditioning repair service in St Paul for SameDay Service

McQuillan Home Services LLC. is a multi-trade home services company headquartered in St. Paul, covering plumbing alongside heating, cooling, electrical, drains, air duct cleaning, and insulation. Its plumbing work spans remodel and addition installations, faucet, fixture and pipe repair or replacement, and water heater installation and replacement. The wider operation handles boilers, furnaces, central air conditioning, thermostats, and electrical wiring or panel upgrades. The company serves the Twin Cities, including Ramsey, Washington, and Hennepin counties, with emergency service and round-the-clock live answering, and describes itself as Minnesota's original plumbing, heating, and cooling company, tracing its origins to 1883. Review themes include technician professionalism and clear explanations: one customer named Tony for diagnosing a slow-draining backup, laying out options with pricing, and resolving the problem within the hour. Annual inspection customers describe efficient, personable technicians. Pricing draws mixed reactions, with some finding quoted costs fair while others judged them high relative to the job, and one promotion's eligibility fine print disappointed a customer. Reading offer terms and asking for firm written pricing upfront is advisable. This is a fit for Twin Cities homeowners who prefer a single company across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical rather than juggling separate contractors. The emergency service and 24-hour live answering suit after-hours breakdowns like drain backups or heating failures. Price-conscious customers may want to compare at least one competing quote before committing to larger projects.
