Best Metal fabricator in Spokane for SameDay Service

Professional Piping Inc is a plumbing and mechanical contracting company based in Spokane's Bemiss neighborhood, serving commercial, industrial, and residential customers across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Its listed offerings include pipe fitting, drainage solutions, burst pipe repair, bathroom remodeling, and boiler work, while customer records point to gas line installation and water softener piping as regular specialties. The company also handles water heater installation and general plumbing and drain repairs, and its emergency response is a recurring theme — one review describes technicians arriving within 45 minutes when pipes froze during a cold snap. The review record centers on responsiveness and communication: customers describe quick scheduling, accurate estimates, and technicians who explain the work in plain terms before starting. Named staff include technician Jim, mentioned for diagnosing problems on the spot, and Jane in the office, noted for clear coordination. Reviewers repeatedly praise professional conduct on site, careful workmanship, and patient answers to questions during and after the job. Repeat business comes up often, with customers saying they return for every plumbing need. This is a fit for customers who need more than a routine drain-and-fixture shop — gas line additions to detached structures, water softener plumbing, well pump work, and boiler-related jobs. Spokane homeowners facing frozen or burst pipes can use the documented emergency-response pattern to set expectations. For commercial and industrial clients, the mechanical-contracting positioning makes it relevant for facilities and piping-system work alongside standard residential calls.
