3 Best Drainage service in Spokane Valley for SameDay Service

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup operates its Spokane-area location from East Alki Avenue in Spokane Valley, pairing plumbing service with water cleanup and restoration work. Its listed offerings cover faucet and sink repair, toilet repair and replacement, water heater repair and replacement, main sewer drain cleaning, sink and toilet drains, roof and storm drains, camera inspections, and high-pressure water jetting. Septic tank pumping is also listed, and the location offers after-hours, weekend, and holiday service for emergencies. Review themes emphasize rapid emergency response: a Saturday morning call answered with a technician arriving within 30 minutes, and a busted water heater replaced on Christmas Eve and brought up to code the same day. Named technicians include Tyler, Tom Williams, and Rick Taylor, with reviewers describing sewer lines diagnosed in one visit, collapsed pipes excavated with permits arranged within hours, and technicians who explain the system as they work. Several reviews mention prices coming in well under competing quotes for the same drain and sewer jobs. This is a fit for homeowners dealing with sewer and drain problems — collapsed lines, root intrusions, backups on weekends — where excavation and camera diagnosis may be needed in one visit. The holiday and after-hours coverage suits water heater failures and burst pipes that do not wait for business hours. Septic tank pumping also makes it relevant to properties on septic systems, and the water cleanup arm positions it for jobs involving standing water and restoration follow-through.

Division One Plumbing is a Spokane Valley plumbing contractor on East Trent Avenue handling residential and commercial work, with 24/7 emergency plumbing in its listed offerings. Its services include drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, water softener installation, leak repairs, faucet and fixture replacement, and general plumbing repairs, and it advertises free estimates for larger projects. Review themes center on speed, affordability, and clear explanations: frozen pipes handled the same day they were reported, next-day toilet repairs at affordable rates, and a water softener estimate scheduled within a day or two of calling with installation completed inside the week. Named technicians include Austin Barker, Daryl, Dave, and the team of Tanner and Matt, with reviewers describing thorough walkthroughs of the work and pricing that stuck to the original estimate. This is a fit for homeowners comparing quotes on water heater or water softener installations who want a free estimate and a schedule measured in days rather than weeks. The 24/7 emergency positioning suits urgent calls like burst pipes and major leaks. For businesses and property managers, the combination of residential and commercial service, free estimates, and fast response makes it a candidate for ongoing maintenance relationships.

Plumb Zebra is a locally owned Spokane Valley plumbing company on East Trent Avenue, explicitly not a franchise, with zebra-striped service vans that have become a local fixture. Its specialties include the Unclog & Scope drain service — clearing any drain plus a camera inspection with a clog-gone guarantee — trenchless sewer replacement using pipe-bursting with HDPE pipe, and water heater replacement. It also lists toilet installation, gas installation for stoves, cookers, and fireplaces, water softener services, and ice-maker hookups, and it serves Spokane and North Idaho. The review record highlights responsiveness and fair pricing: estimates delivered the same day they are requested, broken-pipe repairs followed by water heater replacements handled by the same crew, and accurate quotes honored at the original price. Named technicians include Cole, Ian, Gresham, Brandon, Devren, and Warren, with reviewers describing persistent leaks finally fixed after other companies failed, homes left clean, and staff who keep in constant contact through the job. This is a fit for homeowners dealing with sewer line problems — root intrusions, aging Orangeburg pipe, recurring backups — where camera diagnosis and trenchless replacement can avoid major digging. The camera-and-clear drain service suits stubborn clogs that cheaper snaking has not resolved. For buyers who prefer an independent local shop over a franchise, the locally owned positioning and named-technician reviews make it a strong candidate.
