8 Best Heating contractor in Sparks for SameDay Service

Lincoln Heating & Air is an HVAC contractor in Sparks, Nevada, serving the Reno and Sparks area with around-the-clock availability listed on aggregator pages. Its work spans furnace and air conditioner repair and installation, ductwork and duct cleaning, boiler service, and electrical installation. The company focuses on keeping homes heated, cooled, and ventilated year-round rather than on plumbing repairs. Technicians Andrew, Philip J., Jeromy, Andy, and Alan appear across customer accounts describing knowledgeable, thorough, and clean work with no upsell pressure. Out-of-state landlords single out proactive update calls during service visits. The dominant themes are clear communication and technicians who explain options before proceeding. A recurring criticism holds that certain charges ran higher than some customers expected. This is a fit for Reno-Sparks homeowners who need furnace or AC replacement from a shop that communicates clearly. Landlords managing properties from out of state benefit from the update-call pattern. Anyone comparing quotes on big HVAC installs should factor the higher-price criticism into their shortlist.

Easy Rooter Plumbing, Drain and Septic is a Sparks-based contractor at 125 London Dr covering plumbing, drain cleaning, and septic services. Its specialties include drain cleaning with modern clearing equipment, sewer line diagnosis with video inspection and trenchless repair options, water heater repair and installation, and septic services including pumping and inspections. Hydro jetting and general plumbing repairs round out the listed services. Reviewers name technicians Charles, Henry, and Tony, and the recurring theme is fast dispatch: one customer describes a plumber arriving before the end of the day, diagnosing in minutes, fetching the part, and finishing within half an hour; another describes Henry arriving the next morning for an office plumbing issue with a leaky cleanout replaced and prevention recommendations given. Reviewers also describe pricing that stayed fair for fast work. One published review reports a billing dispute over an additional unauthorized charge — worth confirming payment terms before work begins. This is a fit for Reno-Sparks homeowners on septic systems who want pumping, inspection, and repair from the same contractor that handles their drains and water heater. Properties with recurring drain problems could benefit from video inspection and trenchless repair coverage before committing to excavation. For urgent clogs and leaks where timing matters, the pattern of same-day or next-morning service makes it one to contact early.

The company keeps around-the-clock hours every day of the week and offers free estimates for installations plus senior discounts on both installations and repairs. D&D Plumbing is a mechanical and plumbing contractor with offices in Sparks and Fallon, Nevada, serving the Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe areas. Its service offerings include mechanical plumbing, design and build project work, radiant heating, industrial piping, hydronic cooling, and drainage systems, alongside residential and commercial plumbing. A dedicated service department handles remodels, repairs, and everyday service work, so the company covers both construction projects and household calls. This is a fit for homeowners dealing with a failed or leaking water heater who want same-day replacement rather than a week-long wait. The design-build and industrial piping capabilities make it equally relevant for contractors and commercial clients, while the Lake Tahoe and Carson City coverage suits second-home owners who need a company that travels beyond the metro area.

DeHart Plumbing, Heating, & Air is a combined plumbing and HVAC contractor based on Hymer Avenue in Sparks, Nevada, serving Reno-Sparks homes and businesses. Its work spans furnace tune-ups, heating system repair, air conditioning maintenance and replacement, swamp cooler service, and drain cleaning, alongside general plumbing repair. Indoor air quality upgrades and commercial HVAC work are also listed, and the company positions itself for both scheduled maintenance and 24-hour emergency calls. Reviewers consistently name the technicians who did their work: John Robison for air conditioning maintenance, Michael for diagnostics and repairs, Matt for careful explanations, DeMarco for seasonal HVAC servicing, and Randy for swamp cooler work. Recurring themes include arrival notifications and text reminders, technicians who wear boot covers and explain each step, and quick scheduling when systems fail. Some reviewers describe pricing that felt high for the scope, while others report costs well below competing quotes for the same job. This is a fit for homeowners who prefer one company for both their plumbing and HVAC, especially during summer and winter when a failed cooling or heating system cannot wait. Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air, Inc. is a Sparks plumbing and HVAC contractor handling both trades for residential customers. Its plumbing work covers toilets, disposals, water heaters, sewer replacement, faucets, irrigation, gas lines, pipe thawing, and drain cleaning; the HVAC side covers furnaces, AC installation and service, heat pumps, duct work, and thermostats. Emergency service is offered across both trades. Technicians Kevin and Alex are named in customer accounts — Kevin for water heater replacement, Alex for a rushed AC repair for a maintenance client — with receptionist Brittany praised for helpful scheduling. Maintenance-plan customers report priority treatment and themes of fast, honest service. One account criticizes the HVAC manager as condescending, and another reports a week-long wait for AC repair during extreme heat. This is a fit for Sparks homeowners who want one contractor for plumbing and HVAC under a maintenance plan. The plan-priority pattern suits customers who value scheduled tune-ups. Anyone needing peak-summer AC repair should confirm realistic scheduling given the reported heat-wave delay.

Root-O-Matic, Inc. is a Sparks plumbing company on Pittman Avenue built around drain and sewer work. Its offerings center on rooter plumbing, hydro-flushing, sewer replacement, and pipe thawing, plus heating furnace change-outs. The broader service list covers sewer and drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair including tankless units, gas piping, faucet and toilet repair and installation, and total plumbing repair. Reviewers name Jonny, JJ, Nate, Johnny, and Luis across accounts, describing next-day or same-day arrival for problems from tankless water heater error codes to leaking twenty-year-old heaters. One account notes a full water heater replacement completed in under three hours at roughly half a competing quote. Sewer work draws detailed praise: customers describe diagnosis of aging pipe bellies and full replacement jobs quoted against competitors, with real estate agents recommending the company for inspection repairs during home sales. Property managers also report using the shop repeatedly for dependable vendor-quality service. This is a fit for homeowners facing sewer-line uncertainty — recurring backups or inspection-flagged pipe problems — who want diagnosis and replacement from one crew. Water heater shoppers comparing quotes get a useful price signal from the review record. The company's listed service area of Sparks, Reno, Carson City, Truckee, and Fernley makes it relevant to buyers and landlords across northern Nevada, and the pattern of fitting in urgent jobs suits drain problems that cannot wait.

Nevada Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is a Sparks-based home services company at 140 Icon Ct covering heating, cooling, and plumbing across the Reno-Sparks area. The company describes itself as locally owned and serving northern Nevada. Reviewers repeatedly name technicians — Chris Connelly, Mathew Leyva, Nick Hernandez, Joshua V., Jake Hahn, and install manager Mike Perry — and the consistent theme is detailed explanation: reviewers describe technicians explaining each step, showing diagnostic readings, presenting multiple options, and walking through maintenance in plain terms. Maintenance memberships and service contracts appear in the review record, with customers signing up for recurring HVAC checkups. This is a fit for Reno-Sparks homeowners who want heating, cooling, and plumbing under one roof rather than coordinating separate contractors. People considering water softeners or pressure-reducing valves for hard-water protection could use the specific plumbing add-ons reviewers mention. For anyone who values being talked through the diagnosis before deciding, the review pattern of photo-documented, explained findings matches that buying style.
