Best HVAC contractor in Somerville for SameDay Service

Green Tech Plumbing & Heating is a Somerville-based plumbing and HVAC contractor at 165 Middlesex Ave in Assembly Square. Its service menu covers general plumbing, leak detection, drain cleaning, water heaters and tankless water heaters, boilers, kitchen and bathroom plumbing, and heating and cooling services. The company operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with emergency services as a stated specialty. Customer feedback centers on speed and communication. Technician Dave is named repeatedly for diagnosing problems clearly, explaining options and pricing before starting, and completing repairs efficiently. Reviewers describe Saturday water heater emergencies resolved in hours, text-message scheduling, and shoe covers worn inside the home. The review pattern is consistently positive on punctuality and straightforward communication. This is a fit for Somerville and Cambridge-area homeowners who want a responsive local contractor for both plumbing and HVAC work. The 24/7 availability suits urgent calls like failed water heaters or no-heat situations, while the text-friendly scheduling appeals to customers who prefer not to wait on hold. For landlords and remote owners, the remote-communication pattern noted in reviews is a practical plus.
