Best Heating contractor in Seattle for SameDay Service

Gene Johnson Plumbing is a plumbing and heating contractor in Greenwood serving Seattle and the wider Puget Sound region, with Fox Plumbing now operating as a Gene Johnson company extending coverage south toward SeaTac, Kent, Renton, and Kirkland. Its plumbing services cover sewer main clearing, faucet and fixture repair, gas piping, water heater installs, bathtub installs, water treatment systems, and remodel plumbing. Heating work includes furnace repair and replacement, boilers, tankless water heaters, and ductless mini splits. The company runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with same-day service for urgent calls. Reviewers describe fair pricing, friendly technicians, and thorough, detailed work. Ishmael is named for diagnosing problems quickly and fixing them for less than expected; Chad for informative, meticulous assessments; Mike for tankless water heater expertise with detailed explanations; Sean Smith, Alan Mongje-Chavez, and Eric for same-day rescue calls including difficult tree-root pipe work. One customer noted a project turned out too costly to proceed, so requesting a written estimate first is sensible. This suits homeowners who want one contractor for both plumbing and heating, from boiler repairs to water heater replacement. Greenwood and north Seattle residents get a local shop with round-the-clock availability, while Puget Sound customers south of the city can use the Fox division for the same trades. It is a practical fit for same-day emergency calls and remodels needing detailed, measured estimates before work starts.
