Best Drainage service in Santa Clara for SameDay Service

Plumbing Point Inc is a full-service plumbing contractor based on Patrick Henry Dr in Santa Clara, serving Silicon Valley including Santa Clara, Cupertino, and Los Altos. Its services cover water heater installation and replacement (including tankless systems), drain cleaning, sewer line work, leak detection, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, water filtration and conditioning, sewer camera inspection, and 24/7 emergency plumbing. The company was founded by Natanael Munoz, who leads alongside his brother Armando. Review themes center on responsiveness and clear communication. Accounts describe Armando replacing two toilets the same afternoon he was called, arriving on time for last-minute water heater replacements, and explaining every step while sharing ETAs en route. A property owner describes Natanael as fair-priced and reliable, worth the wait when in demand. Customers praise thorough leak investigations — one details a patient walkthrough of a potential master-bathroom leak — and straightforward option guidance. One published summary notes a service charge applies for an in-home quote. This is a fit for homeowners and property owners across Santa Clara County who want a contractor combining everyday repairs with bigger projects like water softener swaps, repipes, and tankless conversions. The easy online appointment booking suits people scheduling around work. For landlords, the repeated trust from property owners is the meaningful signal: this is a shop people hand their rental plumbing to when they cannot be there themselves.

EJ Home Services is a plumbing and electrical company in Santa Clara, listed at 985 Parker Ct with a second address on Martin Ave, serving Silicon Valley. Its plumbing services cover drain cleaning, sewer backup response, water heater installation and replacement, and general plumbing repairs, while the electrical side handles wiring and panel work, giving homeowners one dispatch for projects touching both trades. Same-day emergency service is part of the standard offer. Reviewers name technicians Luiz Ramirez, Alfredo Gonzales, Juan Vega, Antonio, Cristian, and Bryan for knowledgeable, communicative work. One account describes Luiz replacing a bathroom faucet and spotting a failing pipe, saving future trouble. Another credits Antonio with fixing a shower valve that two previous plumbers could not resolve. Text updates with a technician tracker come up as a practical detail. One detailed review notes higher-end pricing and a rushed finish without explaining post-install quirks like air in the lines. This is a fit for homeowners with projects spanning plumbing and electrical who want both handled by one company. The same-day positioning suits urgent calls like failed water heaters. Price-conscious customers may want to compare quotes, given the pricing notes.
