6 Best Air conditioning contractor in San Jose for SameDay Service

Pacific Coast Home Services is a multi-trade home services company headquartered on Qume Dr in north San Jose, with regional offices across the Bay Area. Beyond plumbing it covers HVAC, electrical, and indoor air quality — alongside 24/7 emergency plumbing, water heater installation and service, leaky pipe repair, and kitchen and bath remodels. The breadth makes it a one-call option for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical on the same property. Review themes center on fast response and thorough explanation. One account describes techs arriving at 9 PM the same night a drain call was placed, running a camera inspection, and clearing a full-house blockage in under an hour while leaving the home clean. Another describes a first-home buyer who got a full repipe plus a tankless water heater upgrade financed through the company, with the crew leaving the home in clean condition. Named techs include Raphael Alvarez, Juan Robledo, Rafael Jr., Omar, Cesar Ortega, Roy, and Luis Martinez; tidy cleanup recurs as a detail. Some accounts report pricing variability on the electrical and HVAC side. This is a fit for homeowners who want a single vendor across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical — especially buyers of older homes needing repipe work plus system upgrades. The financing option suits customers spreading a large project over time. For emergency drain and sewer calls, the same-day and late-night dispatch pattern is the concrete strength; for bigger projects, the camera inspection and written scope are worth requesting up front.

CPI Service, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a South San Jose company combining full plumbing services with heating, cooling, and heat pump work for residential and commercial customers. On the plumbing side it handles drain and sewer cleaning, hydro jetting, rooter service, leak detection, gas lines, water heater repair and installation, fixture work, and repiping, with sewer offerings spanning video camera inspection, cured-in-place pipe lining, epoxy brush coating, and trenchless or traditional replacement. Commercial clients include offices, restaurants, schools, and multi-tenant facilities. Emergency service runs around the clock, and technicians arrive in stocked vehicles aimed at resolving most issues in a single visit. Review themes emphasize methodical diagnostics and named technicians: Charlie and Luis drew praise for returning until a job was done right and cleaning up after water work; Danny for clearly explaining a water service line leak repair; Daniel for spending nearly two hours camera-snaking a root-clogged drain. Customers mention competitive quotes, texted appointment confirmations, and arrival windows that were actually met. Service coverage spans San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Fremont, Milpitas, Los Gatos, Campbell, Menlo Park, Saratoga, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy. This is a fit for property owners who want one contractor for both plumbing and HVAC needs rather than coordinating two trades. Condo associations and commercial managers appear in its customer history, so institutional accounts fit naturally. Homeowners weighing trenchless versus traditional sewer replacement can get both options from a single estimator.

AB-JDD Plumbing & Heating is an East San Jose company on South White Road providing plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Its trade range is unusually wide: water heaters, furnaces, air-conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps, gas lines, sewer and water lines with camera filming and locating, repipes, and small jobs from leaking faucets up to full remodels. Same-day service is offered, and the company keeps a long-established local presence at a single address. Reviews name technicians across trades: Samuel Canela, Dan, and Ash drew praise for fast scheduling and professional drain and toilet work, while Jack is noted for fixing a problem in under an hour and cleaning up afterward. Steve Lynch describes repeat jobs — plumbing, a water heater, a furnace — done at reasonable prices. The record includes one sharp negative: a repipe customer who later discovered an untouched shower pipe and inexpensive fixtures during a remodel, and would not recommend the company for large repipe work. This is a fit for East San Jose homeowners who want one contractor covering plumbing, heating, and cooling rather than juggling specialists. The breadth suits commercial and industrial accounts as well. For large repipe projects specifically, the mixed record means buyers should ask detailed questions about scope — exactly which pipes get replaced — and get the answer in writing.

Super Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air - San Jose is a multi-trade home services contractor based on Coleman Ave in central San Jose, with a second office in the Sacramento area, serving San Jose and nearby communities. The company covers plumbing, HVAC, and electrical: water heater replacement, heat pump and mini-split installation, drain and sewer repairs, repipes, gas line work, electrical panel upgrades and rewiring, and EV charger installation. It offers free estimates, same-day service, and warranties on plumbing repairs and installations. Review themes span all three trades. Customers describe technicians who arrive on time, explain the problem in detail, and complete work cleanly — named techs include Val, Mohammed, Boris, and Andre, A drain-cleaning customer reports a clogged line cleared within two hours of a next-day visit, and an emergency-leak customer describes a same-day response late in the day when no other plumber would come. The company’s drain policy — no charge if the drain cannot be cleared — and camera inspections for sewer diagnostics show up in its published service detail. This is a fit for homeowners who want one contractor across plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical work. The combination suits older homes needing a repipe, a panel upgrade, and a water heater swap in the same season. For customers comparing quotes on heat pumps or mini-splits, the free-estimate policy and multi-trade coordination — one crew for the panel, another for the HVAC — are the practical advantages.

ARS/ Rescue Rooter is the Bay Area South branch of the national ARS/Rescue Rooter network, based on Paragon Dr in north San Jose and serving Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz counties. The branch combines plumbing with HVAC: drain and sewer line cleaning, excavation and repair, plumbing fixture repair and replacement, Scour-Jet high-pressure grease removal, video sewer inspection, water heater and water line repair and installation, plus heating and air conditioning services. It operates 24/7 with same-day emergency scheduling. Review themes center on fast diagnosis and detailed estimates. One account describes a technician arriving within the hour for a whole-house backup caused by a rock lodged in the main drain — diagnosing the exact location in minutes and fixing it in a way that avoided the city digging up the sidewalk. Named techs include Jerry, Edgar, and Enzo, with customers praising polite, professional conduct and clear walkthroughs of options. Repeat customers describe using the company for recurring drain clogs. One independent consumer survey shows weaker satisfaction scores than the review-site pattern, so the picture is not uniform across sources. This is a fit for homeowners and businesses who want a large, resourced operation for drain and sewer problems — the kind of job where excavation equipment, camera gear, and a stocked truck matter. The combined HVAC offering suits customers consolidating vendors. For anyone comparing, the contrast suggests asking for a written estimate and confirming the technician assigned before work begins.

Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating is a combined plumbing and HVAC contractor in north San Jose serving residential and commercial clients across the San Jose area. Its listed services cover drain cleaning, clogged drain repair, sewer line repair including trenchless methods, tankless water heater installation, water heater repair, furnace installation and repair, heat pump services, air conditioning installation and maintenance, duct replacement, water filtration, and air duct cleaning. The company operates on an emergency footing for both plumbing and heating breakdowns. Review themes center on honest diagnostics and clean execution. Customers describe technicians who arrive on schedule, identify the actual fault, and fix it without tacking on extras — one account praises the company for explicitly not upselling during a repair visit. Technicians Anthony, Alonzo, and Art are named for AC repairs completed quickly and furnace work done neatly, with repeated praise for communicating arrival times and respecting the home. When an installation caused minor tile damage, the owner reportedly took personal responsibility and sourced a replacement to make it right, a pattern of accountability that shows up across the record. This is a fit for homeowners who would rather keep one contractor for both plumbing and heating/cooling systems. The combination suits older homes where a water heater, furnace, and drains are all aging together, and for property managers who need a single call for HVAC and plumbing emergencies. The no-upsell pattern matters most to budget-conscious customers comparing quotes on big-ticket installs like tankless heaters or full HVAC replacements.
