Friar's Plumbing Heating and AC Repair is a heating, air conditioning, and plumbing contractor based in San Diego's Kearny Mesa area. Its work spans full HVAC system diagnosis and replacement, air conditioning repair and tune-ups, water heater flushing, air duct cleaning, and indoor air quality services. The company takes on complex installs, including rooftop condenser placements on multi-story buildings where access and overhead utilities complicate the job. Customers describe a quoting process built around thorough on-site inspections, with technicians presenting tiered high, medium, and low estimates so homeowners can compare options before committing. Technicians Robert, Miguel, Brandon, Anthony, and Chris are named across reviews for arriving on time, explaining the work as it unfolds, and leaving the site clean. This is a fit for San Diego homeowners facing a full HVAC replacement or an aging system that other companies hesitate to bid on. The pattern of detailed inspections and itemized options suits anyone who wants to understand the scope before approving the work. For households juggling both heating and cooling needs alongside plumbing, the combined trade coverage means one contractor can handle the water heater flush and the AC tune-up in a single relationship.

Plumbing San Diego & Drain Cleaning Pros is a San Diego plumbing company in the Birdland area covering general plumbing and drain cleaning work. Its service record points to leak and fixture repairs, drain clearing, repiping, and water supply restoration for homes across the metro area. The company offers free estimates and emphasizes on-time arrival with thorough, explained work. Published detail for this business is limited, with customer accounts describing punctual arrivals and jobs completed thoroughly in a single visit. Review themes mention a water supply restored within an hour of arrival and technicians who explain the process as they work. Estimates are described as free, giving callers a written scope to compare before authorizing the job. This is a fit for central San Diego homeowners who want straightforward plumbing and drain work with a free estimate up front. Repipe and leak repair callers can use the quoted scope to compare against other bids. Because the public record is thin, confirming pricing, scheduling, and warranty terms directly before booking matters more than usual here.

Point Loma Plumbing, Drains, and Water Heaters is a multi-trade San Diego contractor covering plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning from its Viewridge Avenue base. Its plumbing division handles drain cleaning and clearing, tankless and conventional water heater installation, sewer camera inspections, trenchless sewer repair, whole-home water purification systems, repiping, leak detection, and fixture repairs. The company dispatches across San Diego with same-day scheduling for urgent calls. Reviews name technicians James, Nathan Martin, Johnny, Mike, Carlos, Mikey, Nick, Aaron, Dulce, and Raphael, and describe within-the-hour response to a water heater emergency with a tankless unit running by the next day. Customers mention technician photos sent before arrival, paper booties worn indoors, and leak-detective work that traced faults other companies missed. One published complaint disputes pricing and punctuality, so confirming the written quote and arrival window up front is worthwhile. This is a fit for homeowners who want plumbing, electrical, and HVAC from one coordinated provider instead of three separate contractors. Tankless water heater shoppers can use the company's stated specialty for sizing and installation. Remodelers benefit from combined trade scheduling, and the camera-verified drain diagnoses suit buyers resolving sewer findings before closing.

Its services include leak detection and diagnosis, pipe upgrades and whole-home repiping, sink installation and repair, sewer inspections, and water heater repairs. The company prices by the job rather than by the hour and confirms up-front pricing before work begins. Reviews center on Travis for same-day repairs, including a kitchen sink backup cleared after multiple attempts with different machines, an outdoor faucet leak traced under hardwood flooring, and a water heater restored to hot water in about 45 minutes. Restaurants and commercial kitchens can use the grease trap cleaning on a recurring schedule. Industrial and HOA clients with large or shared drain systems benefit from a company whose core trade is drains rather than general plumbing.
