The company is a long-time sponsor of the Mission Hills community, including an extended alliance with Presidio Little League, reflecting deep local roots. Reviewers cite knowledgeable technicians and thorough work completed on time. The company serves both homes and commercial properties, including multi-story residential buildings, retail malls, hospitals, and schools. Vlad, Nykola, Mario, Nikolas, Dom, Levi, Daniel, and Ryan are named across reviews for thorough, professional work, with property managers relying on the company across multiple buildings. Sewer re-lining quotes are cited as coming in thousands below competitors, with video proof provided after completion. The commercial maintenance experience suits managers of apartment buildings and facilities with complex drainage systems. For homeowners comparing re-lining bids, the pattern of lower quotes with documented results makes it worth including in the comparison.

Fraser Plumbing of San Diego is a Kearny Mesa plumbing company at 5482 Complex Street serving both commercial and residential customers. Its technical toolkit includes Propress copper fittings, hydro-jetting with a Spartan 758 jetter, camera and video inspections with RIDGID Seesnake equipment, water and sewage ejection pumps, and epoxy pipe lining. Day-to-day offerings cover same-day leak repairs, toilet repair and replacement, sewer scope inspections, emergency drain unblocking, and water heater maintenance. Reviews name technicians Ryan and Jacob for backflow repairs and leak hunts in older homes, and describe fair pricing with no upselling once the diagnosis is complete. Customers mention camera footage reviewed together before any repair decision, and epoxy lining presented as an alternative to excavation for damaged lines. The company answers emergency drain calls around the clock, and reviewers note tidy work areas and clear explanations of each option's trade-offs. This is a fit for owners of older San Diego homes with galvanized or cast-iron systems who want camera-verified diagnoses and trenchless lining options. Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Services is a San Diego home-services group covering plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, and flood restoration under one roof. Its plumbing division handles drain cleaning, water heater service, faucet repairs, sewer line repairs and lining, leak detection, and gas lines for homes and businesses. The heating and air division installs and repairs furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and thermostats, while the restoration division handles water damage containment and flood cleanup. Reviews name technicians Doug Bock, Louie Sepulveda, Ryan, Enoch, Darryl, Isaiah, Andrew Diaz, Nieko Antunes, Mark Bustle, Tommy Eason, and Carlos Martinez, and describe thorough quotes delivered without sales pressure. Customers note that a single call can bring both a plumber and a restoration crew when a leak has already soaked flooring or drywall. Emergency service runs around the clock, and reviewers mention clean work areas and clear explanations of what each visit will cost before work starts. This is a fit for homeowners who want plumbing, heating, cooling, and flood recovery from one established provider instead of coordinating separate contractors. Property managers with mixed portfolios can schedule water treatment, HVAC maintenance, and drain service through a single account. After a burst pipe or appliance flood, the combined plumbing and restoration scope means the repair and the dry-out are handled by crews that already coordinate with each other.

Its services include camera inspections, hydro jetting, snaking, sewer line replacement, and cast-iron pipe repair, plus water heater repair and replacement. Commercial drain cleaning covers restaurants, offices, and multi-unit properties with recurring flow problems. Team Rooter Plumbing of San Diego is a Kearny Mesa drain and sewer specialist working from 4888 Ronson Court. Its core services are clogged drain clearing, sewer repair and replacement, copper repiping, hydro jetting, camera inspections, and trenchless pipe lining methods that renew lines without open trenching. The company focuses on the drain and sewer side of the trade rather than general fixture or remodel work. Customer accounts describe on-time arrivals and honest assessments, with camera footage used to show the blockage or break before a repair is quoted. Reviews cover main-line stoppages cleared by hydro jetting and older lines relined instead of dug up, with the work area restored after the job. A smaller set of reviewers reports difficulty reaching the company after hours and advises reading estimates closely, so confirming arrival windows and quote details up front is worthwhile. This is a fit for homeowners with recurring drain clogs, root intrusion, or aging sewer laterals who want a camera diagnosis before any excavation decision. Landlords managing multi-unit buildings can use hydro jetting and scheduled clearing to keep shared lines flowing. Because after-hours experiences vary across reviews, callers with nighttime backups may want to confirm live dispatch availability when they call.

The plumbing side covers repiping and pipelining, hydro-jetting for kitchen and laundry lines, drain clearing, water heater replacement, and emergency plumbing. The heating and air side handles heater installation and maintenance, AC repair, duct sealing and cleaning, and UV air purification systems. The company operates around the clock and offers a VIP maintenance program with scheduled servicing.
