5 Best HVAC contractor in San Antonio for SameDay Service

Comfort-Air Engineering & Primo Plumbing is a combined San Antonio operation pairing an engineering-rooted HVAC company with a full plumbing outfit. The HVAC side serves residential, commercial, and institutional clients across San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, Seguin, Helotes, and South Texas, handling everything from ductless mini-splits and chilled water systems to wine cellar cooling. Primo Plumbing covers complete plumbing service: pressure reducing valves, expansion tanks, sewer inspections and lines, fixture work, and repairs for homes and businesses. Review themes center on honest diagnostics and upfront quotes: technicians Luis M., Fernando, Mitch Brown, and Gabriel are named, and one customer sends the team to relatives for second opinions, trusting them against other companies. Maintenance-plan customers describe twice-yearly servicing with polite, knowledgeable techs. One billing dispute appears among otherwise positive feedback, a reminder to confirm invoices on larger jobs. This is a fit for San Antonio property owners wanting one accountable company across complex HVAC and plumbing needs, including commercial and institutional work most residential shops do not touch. The maintenance plans suit owners who prefer scheduled care over reactive calls.

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning - San Antonio is the local branch of a Texas home-services company, operating from Wye Drive with plumbing and HVAC under one roof. The plumbing side covers drains, leak repair, faucet repair and installation, toilet installation, water heater repair, and gas line hookups; the air side handles AC repair and installation, system maintenance and tune-ups, thermostat installation, and heating work. Emergency service is advertised, and financing is offered on larger jobs. Review themes center on thorough, communicative technicians. Troy is the name that repeats — praised for clear explanations of each maintenance step, safety tips, and efficiency recommendations on preventive visits. Plumber Jason earns the same treatment for faucet, toilet, and water heater work described as thorough, accurate, and honest. Kevin Sanchez's AC repair and Wayne, Jonathan, and Hector's gas line hookup draw similar praise for fast, explained work. The record is not perfect: one complaint describes a disputed AC diagnosis at a parent's home, so getting a second opinion on big-ticket HVAC calls is reasonable. Radiant fits San Antonio homeowners who want one accountable company for both plumbing and cooling — a real convenience in South Texas heat. Its preventive-maintenance culture suits customers who want seasonal tune-ups with explanations, not just part swaps. For landlords with rentals, the branch's stated willingness to work properties into the schedule is a practical plus.

Air & Plumbing Today: HVAC Department is the heating-and-cooling arm of a San Antonio home-services company that also runs a full plumbing operation. The HVAC side covers air conditioning repair, new system installation, mini-split units, heater and furnace service, and seasonal maintenance plans, while its plumbers take on clogged drains, leaks, water heaters, water softeners, toilets, garbage disposals, and reverse-osmosis drinking water systems. Emergency service runs 24/7, with free estimates and online booking offered. Reviewers describe notably fast HVAC turnarounds: one Friday-night AC outage became a full new-unit installation completed by Saturday noon, with technicians Kaleb and Alex praised for working through the day. Named team members include Carlos, Orlando, Endy, Chris, Forrest, and Bryan, generally credited with clear explanations and tidy work areas. A few reviewers raise upselling and pricing concerns, so the record is strong but not spotless — worth a second quote on large replacements. Air & Plumbing Today fits San Antonio households that want one company for climate and plumbing systems, especially during summer AC failures when its rapid-installation capability matters most. Its stated service area spans Bexar County and seven surrounding counties, covering the metro's suburban ring. Customers sensitive to upsell pressure should ask for itemized options up front, which the company's own estimate process is set up to provide.

Will Fix It is a San Antonio home-services company covering heating, air conditioning, plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer lines, electrical work, and insulation for residential customers, operating as part of the American Residential Services network. The plumbing side handles water leak repairs, drain and sewer work, water heaters, and fixture service, while the HVAC and electrical teams cover the rest of the home's systems — a full-service model for homeowners who want one provider. Reviewers describe upfront pricing, technicians who explain the problem and lay out options, and standout jobs like a full sewer line replacement completed in a single day with financing assistance. Travis, Eric, Andy, Paul, Ace, and Bobby M. are named in reviews for professional, courteous service, and the company offers a mobile app with real-time appointment scheduling plus membership-style service plans. Senior and military discounts are part of its pricing structure. A smaller share of reviews mention follow-up delays after larger jobs. It is built for homeowners who want a full-service home repair provider with modern conveniences: families bundling HVAC and plumbing work, customers who like app-based scheduling and status updates, and anyone financing a major install. The scale brings real scheduling power, though customers may want to confirm timelines in writing on multi-day projects.

Simple Service Plumbing, Heating & Air is a full-service plumbing and HVAC company based near San Antonio International Airport. Its plumbing specialties include drain cleaning, sewer installation, tunnel repairs — including tunneling under homes to reach broken pipes — water heater installation and repair, and water treatment equipment such as water softeners, whole-house water filters, and smart water shut-off valves. The heating and air side covers the standard HVAC trade alongside the plumbing operation. Reviewers describe a pattern of honest, low-pressure service: technicians who tighten rather than replace when a simple fix will do, itemized explanations of needed repairs, and fair pricing even on major jobs. Named team members include Adrien, AJ, Jerel, Adrian, Tristan, and Jeremy, praised for fast response — often same-day — and for guiding customers through stressful situations like major leaks. One widely cited job involved digging a 17-foot tunnel under a house to fix a broken pipe, completed with the crew in good spirits. Simple Service fits homeowners who want a single company for plumbing and HVAC, and property owners who value straight answers on repair-versus-replace decisions. Its tunnel-repair capability marks it out for slab-foundation homes, where under-slab pipe failures are common. For rental-property owners in particular, the combination of quick response and transparent pricing addresses the core landlord concerns directly.
