Total Plumbing Service Inc. is a plumbing contractor based in Rowlett, Texas, serving residential and commercial customers across the Dallas area. The company's services cover leak detection including slab leaks with tunneling repair, sewer line services with camera inspections, water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning, fixture installation, garbage disposal service, and emergency plumbing around the clock. Its listed trades also extend to bathroom and kitchen remodeling, water filtration and softening, and water testing. The review record centers on leak and sewer jobs. Customers name technicians Angel, Jonathan, Greg, and Joe for slab leak diagnoses, camera inspections that pinpointed clogs in minutes, and careful in-home conduct like wearing shoe covers. Recurring themes are fast dispatch — calls before noon bringing technicians the same afternoon — fair pricing, and clear explanations of what the job requires. Some reviewers note estimate disputes on larger projects, so written quotes matter. This is a fit for Dallas-area homeowners dealing with leaks, sewer backups, or aging water heaters who want an established shop with decades in the trade. The camera inspection capability makes it relevant for mysterious drainage problems where visual confirmation beats guesswork. For remodeling customers, the combined plumbing and remodel trades keep a bathroom project under one contractor.
