Best Furnace store in Rio Rancho for SameDay Service

Affordable Service Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric is a large multi-trade contractor at 3200 Northern Blvd NE in Rio Rancho's Broadmoor Center, operating 24 hours a day. Its menu covers heating and cooling repair, service, and installation for homes and businesses, plumbing, and electrical work, plus specialties like refrigerated air conversions, swamp cooler repair and installation, whole-house re-piping, slab leak detection, blown-in insulation, air purification, and water filtration. It is one of the busiest shops in the metro, with a review volume in the thousands. Reviews name a deep bench: Carlos for a polite, spotless duct cleaning with an unprompted senior discount; Patrick for honoring the quoted price despite extra labor on a difficult call; Tony for fixing more than expected; Lukas for explaining AC problems clearly; Kevin for hunting down a hidden problem while testing the system; Nathan Rodriguez for a water heater replacement brought up to code. Long-term customers describe years of furnace installs, maintenance, and plumbing work. One reviewer reports a no-show estimate appointment and poor follow-up — a reminder to confirm bookings in writing. This is a fit for Rio Rancho and westside homeowners who want one company for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical instead of three vendors. The re-pipe and slab-leak specialties suit older homes with aging water lines. For whole-system upgrades like converting a swamp cooler to refrigerated air, the breadth of the operation is the reason to get a quote.
