Best Plumbing supply store in Richmond for SameDay Service

Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Septic Pumping 15 Years in Business is a plumbing and septic contractor based in Richmond, Kentucky. Its service range covers drain cleaning, sewer line repair and replacement with video camera inspection, septic tank pumping and other septic services, water line services, water heater repair, laundry room plumbing, clogged drains, sewer backups, leaking or frozen pipes, and no-hot-water calls. The business advertises 24/7 live answering and emergency plumbing positioning. Its listed service area spans Madison, Estill, Clark, Jackson, Laurel, Boyle, Lincoln, Pulaski, Garrard, Whitley, Mercer, Casey, Powell, Knox, and Wolfe counties across central and southeastern Kentucky. Reviews repeatedly describe emergency responsiveness: one customer reports a technician arriving within an hour of calling, with a camera inspection showing the broken sewer line, followed by septic pumping and a new sewer line completed the same day. Technicians Shawn and Tyler and manager Don are named for thorough, courteous work with options presented before work begins. Pricing draws complaints: one reviewer reports a quote dropping sharply when challenged, so quotes deserve careful review. This is a fit for Richmond-area homeowners and rural property owners with septic systems, where one contractor covering both plumbing and septic pumping is a practical combination. It may suit anyone facing sewer backups or drain failures that need camera diagnosis and fast scheduling. Anyone sensitive to pricing should get the quote in writing and compare it, given the pattern of pricing complaints in reviews.
