Best Plumber in Richmond Heights for SameDay Service

Cordia Plumbing Inc is a plumber at 1420 S Big Bend Blvd in Richmond Heights, serving residential and commercial customers on weekday hours of 8 AM to 4 PM. Its service list covers tankless gas and electric water heater installation, water heater repair and inspection, steam fitting, trenchless underground pipe replacement, drain cleaning, toilet repair, and sump pump installation and repair. It also lists sewer line services, fixture installation, leak detection, and pipe repair and installation. Review themes stress scheduling speed: one reviewer describes getting a same-day visit after other companies quoted waits of a week or more, and several note efficient technicians who finished ahead of quoted time. Reviewers also mention straightforward explanations and no upsell pressure on jobs. The follow-through record is mixed — a few reviewers report that promised written bids never arrived after multiple follow-ups, so customers should pin down estimate delivery up front. This fits Richmond Heights and central St. Louis County homeowners needing water heater, sump pump, or drain work on a weekday schedule, and commercial property managers with similar needs. It suits people who want a shop that can get a technician out quickly when others cannot. Anyone requesting a bid should confirm how and when the written estimate will arrive.
