Best Air conditioning system supplier in Portland for SameDay Service

Sunset Heating & Cooling is a Portland HVAC and electrical company based at 607 S Idaho Street, with plumbing work centered on water heaters and their connections to heating systems. Its listed services cover furnace repair, replacement, and installation, air conditioning repair and replacement, heat pump service, thermostat servicing, air filter supply, and electrical work, alongside standard and heat-pump water heater installation and repair. Coverage extends across Portland plus Tigard, Tualatin, Gresham, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, and Oregon City. Review themes describe fast turnaround on comfort equipment: broken gas furnaces diagnosed the same afternoon and replaced by the next day, AC units repaired during heatwaves, and tankless water heaters installed alongside full furnace and AC jobs. Named technicians Jeremy, Roman, David, Ryan, Jaime, Taylor, Daniel, Eduardo, Volodymyr, and Shane recur across accounts for explaining options in plain terms and cleaning up after installs. The record carries one serious counterpoint: a detailed BBB review describes a botched AC and furnace installation followed by months of unresolved billing and service disputes, so large installs deserve a written scope and financing terms in the contract. This is a fit for Portland homeowners replacing aging furnaces, AC units, or water heaters as a package rather than piecemeal. The electrical division matters for upgrades that involve panel or circuit work alongside HVAC. Anyone signing a financed multi-unit install should document the rebate paperwork, parts list, and payment terms before work begins.
