Dandy Home Service is a Plano-based home services company combining plumbing, heating and cooling, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and water treatment work. The HVAC division repairs and installs air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps and performs system maintenance, while the cleaning division clears air ducts and dryer vents — the latter reducing fire risk and energy waste. The plumbing side covers repairs, leak detection, water heater work, and water treatment and filtration systems. The company answers calls around the clock, day and night. Reviews skew positive on duct cleaning, which customers call thorough and professionally handled, and on staff responsiveness. The honest balance matters here: several reviewers describe the pricing as steep, with one detailing a large markup on float-switch parts and another saying paid HVAC maintenance was never performed. Pricing disputes appear more than once across review sites, so agreeing on a written scope and cost before work starts is the advisable step. The company fits Plano-area homeowners who want one provider for HVAC maintenance, duct and dryer-vent cleaning, and plumbing repairs — especially households preparing for allergy season or a system tune-up. The round-the-clock scheduling helps anyone whose air conditioner dies on a summer night. People sensitive to cost should compare the written quote against competitors, since reviews split between smooth, fairly priced jobs and bills that surprised the customer.

Milestone says every technician is licensed, background checked, and drug tested before being issued a uniform, and customers describe technicians arriving when promised, explaining repair options at different price points, and cleaning up afterward. The company is best suited to homeowners who want one provider for plumbing, electrical, and cooling work rather than coordinating separate contractors, and its around-the-clock availability makes it a practical option for urgent problems like an evening AC outage or a weekend leak. Technicians send a text with their name and photo before arrival, which helps customers know exactly who to expect at the door.
