Best HVAC contractor in Peoria for SameDay Service

Cool Blew Inc. is a multi-trade home-services contractor headquartered at 8927 W Bloomfield Rd in Peoria, Arizona, covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and solar work. The business lists 24-hour operation, seven days a week, and positions itself as a single point of contact for whole-home systems. Its cited service areas center on Peoria and the west Phoenix Valley. Review coverage is broad, reflecting a large customer base across the four trades. Review themes center on punctual, no-pressure service: customers describe technicians who diagnose the issue, explain the options, and complete the work without pushing replacements. Named technicians include Ralph, Chris, and Edward, praised for professionalism and leaving work areas clean. The company advertises same-day AC repair for calls placed by noon, matching its emergency-ready positioning. On the critical side, one reviewer describes poor follow-through after a job ran into problems, suggesting that dispute resolution can be a weak point, a detail worth noting given the volume of feedback. This is a fit for West Valley homeowners who want one contractor covering air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and solar instead of juggling separate vendors. The no-upsell pattern suits owners wary of high-pressure sales tactics during expensive replacements. Buyers comparing quotes on AC or water heater work could ask about labor warranty terms up front, since coverage periods may differ by job type.

Reddi Services is a plumbing and HVAC contractor based in Peoria's Cactus Heights Industrial Park area, serving residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers across the Phoenix metro. On the plumbing side its offerings cover drain cleaning, water heater service, septic tank service, toilet and faucet repair, leak detection, water softener maintenance, and general bathroom plumbing work. The HVAC side handles air conditioning repair, heating service, and system checkups. The company offers same-day service and 24/7 emergency response, plus senior and military discounts and financing options. Review themes center on honesty and thorough explanation. Named technicians include PePe, praised for a toilet replacement where he helped the customer choose the model and carried the heavy lifting; Matt Mattox, commended for AC work; Bryant, who fixed a bathtub drain clog in minutes that another company had said required a full demolition; Lucio, who resolved water pipe banging and water heater line issues with integrity rather than upselling; and Marco, noted for careful leak-source assessment. Several customers report using the company for decades, and one credits Reddi with saving them from a dishonest competitor's quote. This is a fit for homeowners and small businesses that want plumbing and HVAC under one roof — useful when a problem straddles both trades, like a floor leak traced to an AC condensation line. It suits cost-conscious customers who value a second opinion before approving expensive work. The senior and military discounts and financing options make it relevant for budget-planned replacements and long-term household maintenance relationships.
