Best Water testing service in Pasadena for SameDay Service

Priority Plumbing & Drain is a locally owned and operated plumbing company based in Pasadena, Maryland, on Mountain Road. Its offerings span water line services, drain services, camera inspections, water treatment, and water heater installation. The business presents itself as specializing in same-day and next-day emergency service for clogs, backups, and leaks, while also handling water heaters, faucet and vanity installs, and sewer and water line repair and replacement. Review themes center on technicians Tim and Darren, praised for prompt arrival, careful assessment, and cleaning up after the work. One review describes Tim responding to a leak from a light fixture, assessing the whole system, and clearing a main sewage line blockage. Another credits Tim and Jason with updating galvanized pipes to PVC, installing a new dishwasher, and reworking under-sink plumbing, all explained clearly before work began. A water heater leak handled over a single weekend rounds out the emergency-response pattern. This is a fit for Pasadena and surrounding Anne Arundel County homeowners facing urgent clogs, backups, or leaks who want service the same day or the next. The documented comfort with whole-system assessments suits older homes with aging galvanized piping or recurring sewer blockages. Customers who value technicians explaining options clearly and tidying up could find the consistent review record on communication directly reassuring.
