Best Air conditioning contractor in Overland Park for SameDay Service

Dick Ray Master Plumber Heating and Cooling operates its Overland Park branch at 4303 Merriam Dr in north Overland Park, Kansas, serving the Kansas side of the metro with 24-hour availability. The branch handles plumbing, drain work, water pumps and septic services, plus furnace and air conditioning repair, replacement, and full system installs. Overland Park customers describe responsive service: Dennis and his team replaced a full AC and furnace system seamlessly while the homeowner was at work; Lisa Shenkman recounts a technician sent within hours on a bitter-cold Sunday when no other company's emergency line answered, securing a new furnace. Corey Davis had a dishwasher-related clog cleared around the holidays the same day he called after seeing a company truck on a neighbor's street. Rick cleared a Saturday kitchen sink backup and coordinated with the customer's home warranty company so the bill was reimbursed minus the deductible, though his appointment scheduler's starting-price quote differed from the final indirect-line charge, so confirming the expected scope helps. This is a fit for Overland Park homeowners who want plumbing and HVAC from one 24-hour contractor, with weekend and holiday responsiveness documented. The home-warranty coordination experience suits customers carrying warranty coverage. For larger jobs, David is noted for presenting options without pressure, making the branch a solid choice for system replacements and second opinions.

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Rooter is a full-service home systems company based at 8155 Lenexa Dr in Overland Park, Kansas, serving homeowners across the Kansas City area. It covers plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, drain cleaning, and sewer line work, with 24/7 emergency service advertised. The company operates as part of the American Residential Services network, which provides shared training and service standards across its locations while the local team serves the KC metro. Customers name technicians across the trades: Matthew is praised for a fast water heater installation done to code; Os for a thorough air conditioning tune-up, with customers calling him knowledgeable, honest, and punctual; and Jeffery Leckbee for explaining equipment and thermostat details a customer had never known.
