Best Heating contractor in Nottingham for SameDay Service

Ace Plumbing LLC is a family-run plumbing company based on Belair Road in Nottingham, Maryland, serving Nottingham, Perry Hall, Carney, Parkville, White Marsh, Bel Air, Towson, Timonium, and Pikesville. Led by Joe Bahr with sons Kevin and Jeff, the company handles both residential and commercial plumbing. Its listed services include drain cleaning, water and sewer line replacement, water heater installation and repair, leak repair, faucet and sink installation and repair, re-piping, boiler installation and repair, toilet installation and repair, disposal installation, and gas line installation and repair. Weekday hours run 7 AM to 7 PM, with emergency calls accepted. Review themes center on the Bahr family's diagnostic care: one reviewer describes Kevin tracing a basement mold problem to an improperly sealed toilet upstairs, fixing it efficiently and cleaning up thoroughly. Another credits the company with advising which deferred-maintenance issues to fix first after an as-is estate purchase, then installing a hybrid heat pump water heater that replaced a tankless coil. A third notes Ace first met them as a bathroom-remodel subcontractor through Kenwood Kitchens, earning follow-up work through quick, neat, reasonably priced service. This is a fit for northeast Baltimore County homeowners who want a family-run plumber with deep experience in both diagnostics and installations. Buyers of older or as-is homes could use the company's advisory approach to prioritizing repairs. Customers planning bathroom remodels or water heater upgrades may find the documented installation record relevant, and local businesses could use its stated commercial coverage.

Reviews name technician Vernon Frost repeatedly and describe same-day or within-hours response, accurate diagnosis without unnecessary parts, clean work areas, and fair pricing. One homeowner describes a water heater diagnosed, delivered, and installed within an hour of a Monday morning call; another describes a sump pump replaced with the concrete floor carefully broken and dust contained. The company also repaired a recently installed HVAC system without charging for the visit. It keeps weekday hours 7 AM to 5 PM. This is a fit for homeowners with urgent no-hot-water, no-heat, or sump pump failures who want fast response and clear diagnosis. It suits people comparing water heater replacement quotes, since same-day installation at a reasonable price is a recurring review theme. For households that want one company handling plumbing plus heating and cooling, the combined service list covers both sides of the house without a second contractor.
