Best Furnace repair service in New Albany for SameDay Service

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is a full-service plumbing and HVAC contractor at 2533 Corydon Pike in New Albany, Indiana, operating 24 hours a day. Its plumbing side covers water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning, backflow preventer installation, bathtub installation, line detection, and well and sump pump work. The HVAC side handles air conditioning repair and installation, furnace repair, mini-split systems, duct sealing, and air humidification. The company describes itself as a regional operation with multiple locations across Indiana and Ohio, serving both residential and commercial customers from the New Albany office. Review themes center on fast dispatch and clearly explained work: customers describe technicians sending a photo text before arrival, diagnosing issues the same visit, and completing water heater replacements the next day during holiday weeks. Named techs Eric, Zach, Brantley, and Mike Ward are credited with thorough diagnostics and plain-language explanations. One account describes a dangerous gas line repiping fixed without being quoted, framed as going beyond the assigned job. A minority of reviews report repeated visit charges for unresolved issues and slow hotline responses, so customers may want to confirm diagnostic fees upfront. This is a fit for southern Indiana and Louisville-area customers wanting one contractor for combined plumbing and HVAC work, including after-hours emergencies. The maintenance program and tech-photo dispatch suit households that value predictable scheduling. For complex diagnostics, the review pattern of quick response with clearly itemized work addresses the two questions most customers ask first: how fast, and what will it cost.
