Best Contractor in Nashville for SameDay Service

Jack Ward & Sons Plumbing Company is a Nashville plumbing company based on Tuckahoe Drive in the Bellshire Estates area, operating around the clock. Its listed services cover residential and commercial plumbing, line replacements, new construction and remodel plumbing, water heater repair and replacement, drain cleaning, and leak repairs. The company's stated principles are hard work, integrity, and value, with a personal touch in customer interaction. The company's review record centers on honest diagnostics: one reviewer describes the company turning a competitor's five-figure replacement quote into a simple fix by finding the root cause rather than replacing everything. Technicians Alex and Levi are named for storm response that kept a customer's water on during a freeze, and Derek for problem-solving on a large project with a quick turnaround. Other named technicians include Jake, Taylor, Carlos, Benton, and Brandon for water heater installs and multi-issue jobs. Published complaints concern a company vehicle's driving and a warranty dispute rather than workmanship. This is a fit for Nashville homeowners who want a plumber that diagnoses before replacing, especially on jobs where other companies have recommended full replacement. The 24-hour emergency positioning suits burst pipes during freeze events, a documented strength. Bellshire and north Nashville residents get a local option, while the commercial and new-construction coverage suits builders and businesses needing reliable trade work.

Zoom Drain is a Nashville drain and sewer company on Linbar Drive specializing in drain cleaning and sewer services rather than general plumbing. Its stated work includes drain cleaning, drain and sewer repairs, septic services, sewer camera inspections, high-pressure water jetting, main line cleaning, and underground gutter and stormwater drain work for both homes and commercial properties. Listed hours show 24-hour operation every day of the week. Review themes center on technicians Adam, Andrew, and Garrett. Adam is repeatedly praised for explaining service options in detail, arriving within an hour of calls, and returning the next day when a drain issue recurred. Garrett earns praise for thorough camera inspections of long pipe runs and careful, informed explanations. One customer reports a no-charge visit when an underground pipe proved un-clearable, followed by a replacement completed at the original estimate. Critical notes include one customer finding prices high for a two-drain clearing and a complaint about a company driver's road behavior. This is a fit for Nashville homeowners and businesses with drain backups, sewer blockages, or underground gutter drainage problems who want a drain specialist with camera and jetting equipment. The same-day and next-day record suits urgent backups. Given the documented price concerns, customers should request complete quotes before authorizing larger jobs.
