34 Best Plumber in Milwaukee for SameDay Service

Greenfield Plumbing LLC is a Milwaukee plumbing company at 5530 W Forest Home Ave serving residential and commercial customers across the metro. Services include faucet installation and repair, drain cleaning, water softeners, water heaters and tankless water heaters, bathroom and kitchen remodels, new construction plumbing, sump pumps, garbage disposals, well inspections, and sewer cleaning. The company advertises 24-hour emergency service with free estimates for both residential and commercial jobs. The review record emphasizes responsiveness: one customer notes it is hard to get plumbing companies to answer the phone, but Greenfield Plumbing answered immediately, set an appointment, and showed up. Technician Steven recurs with praise for being fast, on time, tidy, and professional — he diagnosed two pipe sizes causing a draining issue and restored hot water to a shower in one visit. Brad, another named team member, is credited with talking a customer through options to keep a garbage disposal and faucet job affordable. Reviews describe reasonable prices and capable technicians. This is a fit for Milwaukee and Greenfield homeowners who want a full-service shop that actually picks up, and for landlords needing a broad menu from drain cleaning to remodels. The free-estimate policy suits comparison shoppers gathering bids. Emergency callers get a company that advertises round-the-clock availability rather than weekday-only hours, making it a practical first call for after-hours problems.

Black Cat Plumbing is a Milwaukee plumbing company at 1568 N Farwell Ave on the Lower East Side, run by owner Mike Perrotti, specializing in remodel plumbing and challenging layouts. Its work covers bathroom and laundry additions, water heater installation and replacement, whole-house re-pipes, and plumbing for finished basements, with particular strength in Milwaukee's older housing stock — one project involved a 1908 home needing an added bathroom, relocated washer, and new water supply line. The company serves residential customers and general contractors across the metro. The review record emphasizes craftsmanship and respect for the property: customers describe crews that protect furnishings, remove shoes, clean up thoroughly, and deliver work that earns compliments from building inspectors. Named staff include Mike and Josh. General contractors who hire the company repeatedly cite punctuality, tidy job sites, and innovative routing through difficult existing structures. One caution worth noting: a strongly negative review circulating under this name appears to concern a same-named Oregon business, not this Milwaukee shop, so it should not color the local record. This is a fit for homeowners remodeling bathrooms or finishing basements in older East Side and metro homes, where fitting new plumbing into century-old framing takes ingenuity. General contractors get a subcontractor whose work passes inspection cleanly. Customers who want the owner on the job will find Mike himself involved on projects from water heaters to full remodels.

Carl's Plumbing Services Inc is a Milwaukee plumbing company at 1756 S 56th St handling general residential plumbing work: garbage disposal replacement, leak repairs, fixture work, and standard service calls. The listing carries no published web presence beyond directory records, so the public picture comes almost entirely from customer reviews, which paint a genuinely polarized record. The review record leans negative and deserves a frank summary. Multiple reviewers describe incomplete work — one garbage disposal replacement left drain hoses unattached, sending water through the kitchen floor into the basement — alongside complaints about jobs charged by the hour with disputed time, a second leak refused without a new service order, and rude office interactions. The company has responded publicly to some complaints, disputing accounts and stating it sets appointments clearly. A small number of directory listings rate it positively, so the record is not uniformly one-sided. This is a fit only for callers who understand what they are walking into: the pattern of complaints suggests confirming scope, pricing method, and appointment time in writing before authorizing work. For straightforward jobs like disposal swaps or leak repairs, the practical safeguard is asking exactly what is included and when the tech will return if the fix is incomplete. Comparison shoppers with a bad experience elsewhere will want at least one alternative quote in hand.

Roy's Plumbing, Inc. is a plumbing and HVAC contractor based at 1830 W Hampton Avenue in Milwaukee's Lincoln Park area, serving homes and businesses across Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Racine counties. The company handles general plumbing repairs, drain and sewer cleaning, water heater installation, underground lead pipe work, furnace service and replacement, and plumbing for remodels, along with code violation corrections. It keeps extended weekend hours — Saturday 9:30 to 2 and Sunday 11 to 3 — and lists emergency services and warranties among its offerings. Reviewers consistently describe the technicians as prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the work before starting. Customers praise the company for arriving on time, handling difficult clogs and leak detection efficiently, and leaving the work area clean, with one customer of more than 25 years describing consistently good experiences under new management. Some reviewers report uneven experiences, including jobs that stretched longer than expected, higher-than-expected pricing, and front-office communication problems, so larger projects merit clear up-front discussion of scope and timing. Roy's Plumbing, Inc. fits the profile of a full-service contractor covering both plumbing and heating systems — repairs, remodels, code corrections, and equipment replacement — rather than a drain-only specialist. Homeowners in the Milwaukee metro area who want one company for plumbing plus furnace and water heater work may find its broad service list convenient. Those planning major remodels or sewer work should confirm the estimate, timeline, and communication plan before the crew arrives.
