34 Best Plumber in Milwaukee for SameDay Service

Optimal Plumbing — Milwaukee is a Milwaukee plumbing company at 7309 W Tripoli Ave in the Wedgewood neighborhood, offering same-day service for repairs and remodels. Its project record includes bathroom remodels, kitchen renovations, shower installations, toilet replacement, water heater replacement, dual sump pumps with battery backup, water line re-pipes including galvanized-to-PEX conversions, washer hookups, laundry-room plumbing, and sewer cleaning with camera inspection. The company also does commercial work, including a commercial water heater install at a motel, and fields residential and light commercial calls. The review record centers on communication and transparency: customers describe text-message updates, technicians explaining the scope and cost before starting, and competitive quotes backed by a one-year warranty. Named staff include Miltos and Tyler in the field and Allison in the office. Themes include after-hours response — one customer reached out via Yelp after hours and had a tech at the door at 9 AM the next day — plus cleanup thorough enough to vacuum the work area. A recurring note is that options are presented across price points so customers can choose their level of protection. This is a fit for homeowners on the southwest side who want a plumber that explains options rather than pushing one package, and for anyone re-piping an older house from galvanized to PEX. The sump pump expertise suits basement flood prevention, and the general-contractor testimonials position it for whole-home renovation plumbing. After-hours callers get a shop with a documented record of next-morning response.

Customers mention transparent discussion of costs before dispatch and note that technicians named Jim and Jayson were professional, friendly and efficient, with some jobs completed quickly and without extra charges. Feedback is mixed in tone: several customers praise the fast weeknight response and call it a go-to budget drain company for their properties, while others report dissatisfaction with follow-through on jobs they felt were incomplete or with pricing surprises. It is positioned for customers facing drain or sewer backups who need someone available after hours and value a specialist focused on clearing lines rather than a general contractor.

The company is led by Master Plumber Mariell Brown, described as specializing in potable water, sewage, drainage and gas systems with decades of industry experience, and known for mentoring local teens entering the plumbing trade. Customers describe a mix of emergency trip and diagnosis scheduling alongside standard bookings made a day in advance, with the business combining quality parts and equipment with money-saving solutions. It suits Milwaukee property owners facing sewer, water line or gas pipe problems who need a contractor covering all three systems with same-day emergency response, camera and jetting equipment for diagnosing blockages, and permitting support for larger installations.

A & A Plumbing of Milwaukee is a Milwaukee contractor listed at 9401 Beloit Rd Unit 114 in the West View area, combining plumbing, bathroom remodeling, and drainage service. Its listed offerings include plumbing repairs, drain work, and renovation-style projects. The business keeps weekday hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, closing at 3 p.m. on Fridays, and closed weekends. Customer commentary is mixed. Positive reviews name owner Val and describe next-day response: one customer with a broken basement drain pipe praises a fast, professional repair at a reasonable price; another reports friendly technicians who finished the job quickly with no issues afterward. Critical reviews tell a different story: one customer says a requested drain snaking was never done and the issue returned; another describes an unfriendly interaction when calling for an estimate. The record suggests outcomes vary by job and crew. This is a fit for a Milwaukee homeowner weighing a drain repair or a bathroom remodel who wants a single contractor for both. Given the mixed reviews, a caller should describe the exact work wanted, ask for a written scope, and confirm whether snaking or full pipe replacement is being priced. Weekend emergencies would need another company entirely.

Plumbing Service & Sales Inc is a Milwaukee plumber at 117 S 79th St in the Honey Creek Parkway area. The company handles general plumbing repairs, water heater installations, and remodeling and addition work, including full-house repiping in copper. Its listed hours include Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., alongside weekday service — an unusual scheduling option in this market. Customer commentary centers on owner Tom K: reviewers describe him as prompt, reliable, and fair on price, with one long-time customer saying the company has been a lifesaver for plumbing issues over a span of years. Reviewers cite work ranging from minor repairs to remodeling additions and new water heaters, completed in a timely manner with reasonable charges. Same-day help on a plumbing issue is mentioned more than once. No critical reviews surfaced in the research. This is a fit for a Milwaukee homeowner who wants a single plumber for both repairs and larger projects such as a remodel or whole-house repipe. The Saturday hours suit working homeowners who cannot take weekday time off. The owner-led structure and long-term customer record point to a relationship-style contractor: a customer calls the same person for years, not a different dispatcher each time.

Crown Hardware & Plumbing Supply Inc is a hardware store and plumbing supply retailer at 2016 N Dr Martin Luther King Jr Dr in Milwaukee's Brewer's Hill neighborhood, not a plumbing service company. It stocks water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathroom fixtures, drain clearing equipment, door hardware, locks and keys, tools, and pest control supplies. It describes itself as a supplier of hard-to-find plumbing repair parts, with inventory that goes beyond what chain stores carry, and operates as part of the Do It Best buying group. The store's review record points to it as a go-to for older and pre-1970s homes in the Milwaukee area, where owners struggle to match discontinued fixtures and fittings. Customers describe a number-ticket counter where staff help identify the right part, and many say the staff know which substitutions work when the original is unavailable. Reviewers report better prices than major chain hardware stores and note the store takes back wrong parts and supplies the correct ones. This is a fit for DIY homeowners, landlords, and small contractors working on older Milwaukee properties who need a specific plumbing part rather than a plumber. It could also suit anyone trying to complete a repair themselves first, since staff walk through what a part does and what else may be needed. For anyone pricing a water heater or fixture before hiring an installer, the store's inventory gives a direct comparison point.

Milwaukee Handyman is a multi-trade handyman company at 9333 W Lisbon Ave in Milwaukee, and should be understood as a handyman service rather than a plumbing contractor. Its trade mix spans plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile installation, drywall, masonry, and sidewalk grinding, with kitchen and bathroom remodeling listed as core projects. The company works across the greater Milwaukee area, including suburbs from Brookfield and Menomonee Falls to Oak Creek and Waukesha. It keeps weekday hours of 7 AM to 4 PM. Review themes focus on whole-project handyman work rather than single-trade calls: one customer describes Matt and Carrie completing a roughly twenty-sheet basement drywall project, including mudding, over a few days at a reasonable price after other quotes ran high. Customers praise crews for being on time, responsive, and flexible, with examples like carport refurbishments and built-in china cabinets delivered as custom solutions. A few negative reviews report poor communication and lack of follow-up on quotes, and at least one reviewer waited a couple of months for scheduling, so timelines can stretch. This is a fit for homeowners with small-to-midsize multi-trade projects, such as a bathroom refresh that needs plumbing, tile, and drywall together under one crew. It is not the right call for licensed single-trade plumbing work like sewer lines or gas piping. Customers planning a remodel could benefit from the free estimates and flexible scheduling, provided they confirm the timeline and communication expectations up front.
