Best Heating contractor in Midlothian for SameDay Service

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is an HVAC contractor in Midlothian at 13507 E Boundary Road, Suite E, serving the Richmond area. Its listed services center on heating and air conditioning repair, installation, and ongoing service: air duct cleaning, HVAC system repair, and HVAC installation or replacement. It operates around the clock, positioning itself as a 24-hour HVAC repair source. The brand's stated promise is an on-time guarantee — appointments kept as scheduled. Customer accounts describe Saturday-night service calls — one technician arrived the same evening an air conditioner failed and walked the customer through preventive tips without pressure — and whole-unit replacements handled with quick turnaround and minimal downtime. Technician Mark Z is named for fast diagnosis and coordinating follow-up repairs when parts were not immediately on hand. Another account describes a thermostat reconnection issue resolved over the phone before a visit was even needed. Customers note office staff accommodating rushed appointments and technicians flagging areas to watch before they need repair. This is an HVAC shop rather than a plumbing contractor — relevant for heating, cooling, and indoor-air work rather than pipes and drains. It suits homeowners facing no-heat or no-cool situations, particularly on nights or weekends, and those scheduling system replacements or duct cleanings. The 24-hour positioning makes it a candidate for after-hours HVAC emergencies across Midlothian and greater Richmond.
