Best Electric generator shop in Metairie for SameDay Service

Stuart Services is a multi-trade home services company with its Metairie office at 4724 Utica St, handling plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and electrical work including standby generator installation. Its plumbing scope covers clogged drains, leaking pipes, water heater issues, sewer lines, fixture replacements, toilet repairs, and garbage disposals. On the HVAC side it offers AC repair, system replacement, new installation, and seasonal maintenance, while its electrical division handles repairs and installations. The company positions itself for 24-hour emergency service across all three trades. Reviews name technicians Matthew, William, Eddie, Mike D., Josh, and Zach, with same-day turnarounds a recurring theme, particularly for AC failures. Customers praise clear explanations of each step, proactive communication from the office, and technicians who diagnose quickly and leave work areas clean. The dissenting record centers on pricing: some reviewers describe minimum charges that were not disclosed before the visit, say they could not get an itemized breakdown, and one reports a scheduled visit that never happened without a callback. This is a fit for homeowners who want one provider covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical instead of juggling separate contractors, and for urgent failures where 24-hour availability matters. Given the pricing complaints in the record, getting the service terms and minimum charges stated plainly before authorizing work is prudent. Metairie, New Orleans, the Northshore, and Baton Rouge all fall within its stated service area.
