Its listed offerings include ductless mini-split installation, furnace repair and service, HVAC system installation and replacement, annual HVAC maintenance, and general plumbing services, plus pump supply and solar energy services. A recurring theme is honesty about equipment age: multiple customers say technicians repair aging furnaces rather than pressuring them toward replacement. The company promotes flexible scheduling with same-day or next-day appointments for most services, free estimates, and no-pressure consultations, and reviewers say that promise holds up in practice. This is a fit for Treasure Valley homeowners whose furnace quits on a cold night and who want a crew that repairs before it sells. It also suits commercial property managers needing a contractor who can service rooftop units, chillers, or boilers as well as plumbing. Households comparing full HVAC system replacements can use the free, no-pressure estimates to price the job. Anyone outside Meridian should confirm coverage before booking, since commercial schedules may prioritize the core metro area.

Idaho Plumbing, Heating & Air is a Meridian-based contractor covering plumbing, heating, and air conditioning for Treasure Valley homes from one office. Its plumbing work includes sewer line repair, gas line additions, and leak resolution — reviewer Karin Mitchell, who manages 100+ homes, credits technician Sean Coulter and office staff Kelli and Katie with resolving a sewer issue that ultimately saved the owner thousands. On the HVAC side, customer accounts describe AC and furnace service, same-day estimates for a natural gas line addition from Scott, and a two-day geothermal system installation by Gavin and Noah. The business positions itself for round-the-clock response, and reviews repeatedly describe same-day estimates and quick scheduling for time-sensitive faults. Customer accounts focus on technicians explaining the diagnosis in plain terms and keeping work areas clean, with office staff coordinating follow-up and billing for property managers. One reviewer cautioned that a furnace visit escalated quickly from a repair diagnosis into a sales pitch for full system replacement — a signal to get a second opinion before approving major equipment swaps. This is a fit for homeowners who would rather call one company for both a plumbing fault and an HVAC problem than coordinate two contractors. It also suits landlords and property managers with multiple units who need office-level coordination across jobs, and buyers comparing geothermal installs, since the company has documented experience with that equipment.
