Best Corporate office in Memphis for SameDay Service

American Residential Services LLC is the Memphis-headquartered corporate office of ARS/Rescue Rooter, one of the nation's largest providers of home services, on Ridge Lake Boulevard. The network serves residential and light commercial customers with heating, cooling, indoor air quality, plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer line, electrical, radiant barrier, insulation, and ventilation services. Plumbing offerings span garbage disposals, gas lines, faucets and fixtures, pipe repairs, water heaters, toilets, sinks, shower plumbing, drain cleaning, water purification, sewer line repair, and sump pumps, with emergency services available. Review themes across the national operation are mixed and vary sharply by local branch. Positive reviewers praise prompt, knowledgeable technicians — named in several accounts — who diagnose problems quickly and explain their work, particularly on HVAC inspections and maintenance visits. Negative reviewers report overpriced quotes, upsell pressure, and service quality disputes. The Memphis corporate office itself carries a thin public review record, so local performance specifics are not independently documented beyond the broader brand pattern. ARS is a fit for Memphis-area homeowners and property managers who want one large, branded provider covering both HVAC and plumbing with emergency availability and background-checked technicians. The scale suits customers who value corporate accountability and nationwide infrastructure over a neighborhood shop's personal touch. Given the branch-to-branch variance, customers benefit from getting itemized estimates and comparing them against independent local plumbers before authorizing major work.
