Best HVAC contractor in Marietta for SameDay Service

E. Dennis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is a home services company at 2633 Bobo Rd in Dallas, Georgia, serving the west Atlanta metro with 24/7 availability across heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. Its plumbing work includes gas line installation — one reviewer described a fireplace gas log line installed with careful technical analysis — water leak repairs found during other service visits, and emergency responses with a live voice answering late-night calls. The breadth of trades means one company can cover a furnace replacement and a plumbing leak in the same home. Technicians named across reviews include Jamie, Donald, Brandon, Jonathan, Josh, Justin, Brock, Sergey, Darrin, Blake, and Chase, with electrician Chase and plumbing-involved techs drawing praise for explaining findings before fixing anything and for tidy work. Review themes include punctual arrivals, reasonable rates, accurate communication, and technicians who call before acting on small extra issues. The record includes occasional communication hiccups noted on follow-ups, so confirming appointment windows matters. This is a fit for west-metro homeowners who want one company for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical rather than four separate contractors. Customers with multi-trade projects get coordinated scheduling. For plumbing-only jobs, the breadth can be a convenience or overkill depending on the scope.
