Best Furnace repair service in Lynnwood for SameDay Service

Done Right Plumbing, Heating, and Sewer Repair is a full-service plumbing, heating, and sewer contractor based in Lynnwood serving the Seattle metro area. Its services span drain cleaning and hydro jetting, water line repair, pressure-reducing valve replacement, water heater installation including tankless and heat pump models, HVAC service, gas line installation, sewer lining and trenchless sewer replacement, leak detection, and whole-home PEX repiping. The company owns its own directional drilling rig for water line work and describes itself as available around the clock, including holidays. Reviews highlight technician problem-solving: owner Steve and technicians Ben and Adam are named across accounts, with one customer describing a sewer lining followed by a leaking under-house pipe that the team located, planned, and fixed, including a bathtub drain issue a previous company had failed to resolve, all at no extra charge. Another describes a new water service line drilled more than 100 feet under a creek and deck in a single day. The record is not uniformly positive: one reviewer found a drain-snaking visit overpriced and unresolved, and another reported a scheduling error for an estimate appointment. This is a fit for homeowners with complex underground work, such as a water main or side sewer replacement, where owning the drilling equipment means no subcontractors on the digging. It also suits households wanting one contractor for both the plumbing and heating sides of a project. Anyone hiring for routine drain clearing should confirm pricing expectations upfront, given the mixed record on value for smaller jobs.

Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a full-service plumbing and HVAC contractor based in Lynnwood, Washington, serving homes and businesses across the Seattle metro and Pacific Northwest. Its listed services span plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, repipes, trenchless water line replacement, sewer lining, water heater and tankless heater work, faucet and toilet repair, plus heating and cooling installation and repair — furnace, air conditioning, heat pumps, and boilers. The company operates with extended hours and offers emergency services and warranties. Reviews describe technicians who arrive on time, explain the options before starting, and clean up after themselves. Names mentioned across reviews include Jacob, Drew, Derek, Alex, and Kyus, often for quick diagnosis of drainage and HVAC faults and for being willing to answer equipment questions between services. A recurring theme is pricing: several reviewers praise quick, professional service while others describe task-based pricing they found steep, so customers who want costs stated up front should ask for the estimate before the work begins. This is a fit for homeowners and businesses wanting a single contractor for both plumbing and heating/cooling systems, including emergency callouts outside normal hours. It suits people comparing quotes on larger jobs like water heater replacement or sewer lining, where the company's breadth makes one call cover plumbing and HVAC. Budget-conscious callers should confirm the quoted figure in writing first.
