Best Hardware store in Louisville for SameDay Service

East End Plumbing Supply Inc (East Louisville) is a plumbing supply store at 1705 Research Drive in Louisville, Kentucky, with a second location in South Louisville on Dixie Highway. Its shelves carry pipes and fittings, bathroom fixtures, pumps, cabinets and accessories, plus kitchen and bath parts from major brands including Kohler, Moen, Elkay, Bemis, Delta, Brizo, and Mansfield. The store offers design consultations with one-on-one showroom tours for customers planning bathroom or kitchen projects. Hours run weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Review themes center on knowledgeable counter staff who treat DIYers and pros alike: customers describe texting a photo of a broken toilet part and being told they only needed a smaller, cheaper piece, with staff generous in repair advice. Named staff Paul and Kary are credited with patient guidance and going out of their way for projects. Reviewers note higher-quality parts than big-box stores at competitive prices and parts ready for pickup on arrival. The recurring pattern is honest advice — including steering customers to closer shops when it saves them a trip. This is a fit for Louisville contractors, remodelers, and homeowners sourcing fixtures, fittings, pumps, or repair parts from a specialist counter rather than a general retailer. The design consultation service makes it relevant for planned kitchen and bath renovations where seeing finishes in person matters. Customers should know this is a supply store with a contractor counter and showroom, not a service plumber — it sells parts rather than installing them.
