Best Door supplier in Louisville for SameDay Service

Mad City Windows & Baths of Louisville is a home remodeling company at 13026 Forest Centre Court in Louisville, Kentucky, focused on replacement windows and bathroom renovations rather than plumbing service. Its bath division installs replacement tubs, new showers, bath conversions, and walk-in tubs, built around a one-day remodel model where a custom-fabricated tub is installed in a single day. The showers use acrylic products treated with an antimicrobial coating that resists mold and mildew, offered in dozens of style and color combinations. Window replacement covers full-home installs, with customers reporting eight-window jobs completed in one day. Review themes center on efficient installations and consultative sales: named staff Aaron Johns and Richard Halmalton are credited with steady, courteous install work, while consultants Bill and Pablo get praise for thorough product presentations. Customers describe windows that noticeably quiet the house and tub installs that restore bathing for mobility-limited family members. The company is family-run and offers financing through third-party lenders for qualifying purchases. The public record includes complaints about sales-call persistence and scheduling callbacks, so customers should set communication expectations early. This is a fit for Louisville homeowners planning a bathroom refresh — tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, or aging-fixture replacements — who want the project done in days rather than weeks. It also suits whole-home window replacement from the same contractor. Customers should know this is a remodeling contractor, not a plumber for leaks or drain emergencies.
