Best Air conditioning repair service in Linthicum Heights for SameDay Service

Pohlman Plumbing is a family-run full-service plumbing and HVAC company based on Barkwood Court in Linthicum Heights, serving the Baltimore metro area and Anne Arundel County. Its plumbing services include main water line and sewer line replacements, whole-home repipes, water heater repair and replacement, tankless water heaters, garbage disposals, toilet and faucet replacements, and residential and commercial drain cleaning with video camera inspections. On the HVAC side it handles central AC install and repair, furnace replacement, and ductless mini-split systems, and it advertises same-day service and emergency availability. Reviews repeatedly name technicians CJ, Sam, Chad, and Joshua alongside office staff Melinda, pointing to a small team with visible accountability. Customers describe same-day estimates after sending photos of a failed water heater, fair pricing confirmed after six competing quotes on a sewer line replacement, and crews that finished within the promised timeframe and passed inspection. Feedback also highlights responsiveness: one tech stayed two hours past shift end to trace a recurring AC fault, and technicians explain each step as they work. This is a fit for homeowners and property managers needing both plumbing and HVAC from one local company, especially bigger jobs like sewer line replacement where multiple quotes are the norm. Its stated specialties in new construction, rehabs, and multi-family properties make it relevant for landlords and facilities managers. For a water heater or main line project, the pattern of detailed estimates and price transparency directly addresses the biggest source of customer anxiety.
